As announced, I have bought this DVD set, my first purchase for 5 years (overalls related DVD). The scenes questioned and pictured of Ron Howard are indeed from s1e2 and even better than thought, rating 7-8. 3 longer scenes, so around half of this episode. Great front and also rear views (a man's pair). Currently rating 7, I haven't seen all episodes (14 DVDs). Also a man in bibs.
The bibs are stone washed and not that light blue as the 1st stock pic I've found (tree headshot front), obviously photoshopped or less likely another pair. Sitting on a tree rear view is like the 2nd stock pic but more close-up. Also jumping down (distance). Sitting rear views are quite rare. There's a good fighting scene on the ground with Clint (kneeing and lying on him, rear view up).
Pic 4 showing white inner parts of the bibs and I think also parts of white underwear, also when standing. I think no side buttons opend, but it appears as such (too thin). The bibs are not tight and a bit baggy,
The image quality is good (for it's age). German DVD with German audio only, no subtitles. The plots are quite good, similar like Lassie (single boy, b&w), Flipper (2 brothers) and Skippy (2 brothers).
Another reviews claims that he appeared in a couple of episode. The only other episode with him known in season 2, he probably not wore bibs.

Very interesting. I don't know the amount of scenes in later episodes. I assume rather few scenes and there were only 7 episodes. She obviously wore many other clothes according some screencaps.

Finally, after 6. years, I found this full movie on OK (foreign title). Unfortunately even much fewer bibs scenes than assumed. The younger girl wore shortalls, light blue or similar almost white, probably non-jeans cotton maybe corduroy, pic at ~12 minutes also standing and later at the station (distance) and inside train (~20 ?) but with a jacket over her hips. There's also a toddler boy standing in dark blue bibs at 23, but no need for uploading that (very young and very brief scene).
Much much better, but also fewer scenes than assumed are the Lederhosen scenes (3 boys and 2 girls, other blog rating 8 (rather 6-7). 3 new pics there.

During my recent research, I made this pic of a rear view and there's also another girl and boy sitting (pic below). The blond boy also appeared in many other songs in white shortalls, see this post.

After finding the Pierino comics, I searched for other (human) comic characters as I haven't found a good list. Most are little boys, most famous probably Dennis the Menace (pic 1, usually wearing red bibs, sometimes blue). The character is 5 1/2 yo but older in the series and movies. Many comics also released as movies or vice versa. I have some entries but still have to add them. I also have to check mangas and animated movies. Pic below from left: Tits, Big Boy, Timmy, Beanie the Meanie, Pat the Brat, Beany and Cecil, Our Gang, Treasure Chest of Fun and Fact.
I now have completely checked also season 2 aka Almost Home. I only found there a young lady in faded bibs in ep6 (s2e6), pic 1. Funny scene with a snake.
Pic 2 is from the main series showing the girl in s1e6 in light brown bibs, shortalls or skirtalls (I haven't found a full view). Something bound over her hips (or skirtalls).

I'm currently re-watching my DVDs including Pierino contro tutti (boy rating 7, pic 1, I also have an update with another pic). Funny boy and with the baggy grey corduroy bibs and the cap he looks like a street boy. I wondered if the other boy in "Pierino colpisce ancora" (rating 6, pics 2+3) wore corduroy bibs as well.
Some uploads are in quite poor VHS-like quality due to the age of the movies (1981,1982). There are new uploads in where someone has both trailer in 1080p. I think there are no BDs including the trailers. He did it himself not sure how, it's not just upscaling but also improving the frames and also restorated audio and fixing the speed.
Pic 1 is from that improved trailer (YouTube Pierino contro tutti - Trailer (1981) (Restauro audio/video 1080p), but downsized here, pic is I think just before the crouching scene at 1h19. There are also headshots. The trailer of "Pierino colpisce ancora" not showing the boy. But I found other clips in good 720p quality.
The last pic at 1h20 clearly showing the corduroy fabric. The cuff is darker. It looks like if the main fabric is inside and is turned inside out so it's smoother inside and brighter color outside. And I'm quite sure it's the same pair as on the other boy one year earlier.
I also found a Pierino comic series with an illustration showing an older teen boy or man in bibs. I also have now added the third movie in the main entry (girl, man rating 2). And I have checked most of the other official and inofficial movies of this series (2 later remakes, I haven't found) and similar movies. I also found the current site of the actor (film 1) who is now a singer in Rome.

I have re-checked the movies (boys rating up to 7) and searched for books. It's not easy as Pierino means Little Johnny or Peter and you find many unrelated books like Peter and the Wolf. There are some few books with Alvaro Vitali on the cover but I think these are just joke collections. Maybe the plot of the movies is not deep enough for a novel and just based on slapstick and erotic humor.
But then I found this adult comic series 1982-1986.
55 issues + 4 supplements, publisher Edifumetto, drawings by Stelio Fenzo. In Spain published as Jaimito (there are again others with this title).
At least in issue N.36 "Lo scopatore della mensa F." there's an older blond teen boy or young man sitting in class, first row in white bibs (page 36). I have checked many samples and 2 full issues but haven't found other illustrations.
Quite interesting but in the school the boy(s) in bibs are ~10 yo. The illustrations are simple and I don't like them.

Book 1 (Fritzchen Frisch und seine Streiche - Ferienwochen mit Schwung und Pfiff = and his pranks holiday weeks with power) showing the boy in bibs jumping over a fence, but I assumed bibs scenes rather in book 2 due to the forest setting.
A typical but rather weak adventure book for boys and girls aged 10 and up. Thick 144 pages. Plot: Boy and girl visiting twice their uncle, who also has 2 kids. Robber and school plot. The 1st book obviously has a summer holiday setting. Publisher Neuer Jugendschriften-Verlag, Karo Buch book series.
The author also wrote "Klein, aber pfiffig" (young boy in bibs, I mentioned before). Probably poor or even worse. Maybe someone could/should re-write such books.
