Has been aired but I only have seen this scene by coincidence. I have briefly checked some more parts online. There are several farm scenes, also with one or more boys but mainly from a distance or hidden by something. So I don't know of any other bibs scenes (maybe someone can help here). I also haven't noticed any other actor in bibs not even men.

Good early setting and I like tobacco (and corn and cotton) fields. But the movie is rather a romance.

On TV: Tiere bis unters Dach s5+6

On Easter on TV: Some episodes of season 5 (ep 61) and on SU at 8.30 season 6 will be rebroadcasted. s6e1-s6e4 (ep 66-69).  I think I haven't seen s6 yet, so I can't say much more about it. There are fewer and fewer bibs scenes. Kids getting older and older and there are maybe new actors (unfortunately few boys).

Pic showing Pauline in ep 58 (s5). Also men in coveralls. However a funny farm series with good plots. Also a good bedroom (high sleeper, rating 5 on my other blog).

There are several kids shown but only this boy in bibs. Directed by Damián Acosta aka Damián Acosta Esparza. Based on true events. Story by José Luis Gallego.

Interesting series, mainly with many boy (and girl) actors. I found it some months ago (also on my bedroom blog, rating 3, but needs to be updated, bunk beds and dorms here and boys in pajamas).

The problem is that UK kids are often shown in school uniforms. But there are also episodes showing them in sports wear (shorts) and speedos.

I don't like this actress. Bibs maybe not denim fabric.

Rating 2-3 for this bibs scenes. Higher for the series and other episodes.

Bibs, especially of Samory are good, but very brief scenes so rating 4-5 only.

Jim Knopf - Jim Button (stage plays) f/m

Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivführer (Jim Button and Luke the Engine Driver) is a famous German novel by Michael Ende and a famous marionette play of the 1970s and later an animation series. The first live-action movie "Jim Button" is scheduled for 2017 but probably will be delayed again. The shooting should start this March, previously announced for 2013. I don't think that there will be Jim Knopf shown in overalls (if so then probably very few scenes at the end). He is neither shown in bibs in the marionette play nor in the animated series. Few facts are known yet anyway.

But there are several stage plays, some showing the black boy Jim in overalls. Sometimes Jim is played by a woman.

Pic 1 is from a stage play in Mannheim (2008 or earlier, taken from Wikimedia) pic 2 is from a YouTube clip by the Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Bayern. So probably a Bavarian lady.  Quite interesting and there are many more plays and clips online.

Quite funny, especially his hair consisting of sea anemones, but somehow no real overalls.

Rating 3. Few scenes and he's also very young.

–Comment: Dutch band (De) Snotneuzen, in Germany called (Die) Rotznasen (-Bande), later (maybe around 2002 ?) called "Eurokids" made some good clips. Similar music (partly rock and pop) like Kinderen voor Kinderen. On the CD covers there are boys and girl depicted in bibs. Blond boy in white and or beige bibs a girl in beige bibs, at least 2 boys and a girl in blue bibs, also with the bib down. Unfortunately very few bibs scenes in the clips.

Pis 1 is from song "De lege stoel" (Der leere Stuhl) with a girl in blue bibs, pic 2 is from "Je weet maar nooit" (Eurokids,2002 also on DVD) with an older black boy in blue bibs (one strap down). I haven't found any more.

Some very handsome and blond boys with bowlcuts. A girl and a boy with dental braces. Also beach scenes in swimwear. My favourite song is "Mir gefällt nur Rock'n Roll" (Ik wil alleen maar rock and roll). There is a VHS and also a 2003 DVD titled Eurokids but also with earlier songs (not sure if the same kids and earlier clips).

Another quite good but brief farm scene in today's episode.

In the background the boy with glasses is Henk in red bibs also a blond girl (new character in this new season, maybe Alva). On the left also a new boy, Finn (who is always afraid) in grey-green bibs with pink plastic braces. He also wears dental braces. All in rubber boots. Bibs probably not of jeans fabric. Scene at 6 minutes. Rating 6-7 for this.

2 quite good earlier episodes showing boys in bibs.

Pic 1 is from KvK 6 (1985) song "Geld is overboding". The kid is maybe a girl (perhaps Lotte) but playing a man. Dark blue probably non-jeans bibs looking like a farmer in traditional Dutch clothes (like in other episodes). Bib at high position. Brief scene. The old woman is probably played by a boy.

Pic 2 is from KvK 9 (1988) song "Pieter Peen (uitvinder)". A very young boy in baggy blue bibs, maybe Iason or Dany as inventor.

I like dark bibs, but for this brief scene rating 6 only. Though interesting. Rating 3-4 for pic 2.

Info 456: Retirement of Picasa

Announced since 2011 there's now finally an end for Picasa. I used it some days ago but read it by coincidence elsewhere. Google start to shut down on March 15 and on May 1st there's the complete end. They transfer all pics to (the cloud ?) "Google Photos" connected to Google+ (or already did) and will make an additional archive as Google Photos don't support all functions like captions, comments, slide shows, Picasa followers etc.

I used Picasa Web Albums here mainly for webfinds (especially the farm FSA pics from loc.gov) but also other pics, own pics, animations and PD pics. Also all pics on my old blogger/blogspot blogs.

Google say that all links would later still work but who knows if all works without problems and for how long. And I won't have access to these pics and data anymore.

Luckily I don't blog anymore with Google and I don't know if I will use Google Photos. Pics (and posts) before March 19 2002 were transferred from blogspot and Picasa and I hope hosted now on Wordpress. (Of course I have backups but it would be lots of work to upload or repair all pics or links).

Pics on Wordpress have some disadvantages, by default they are cropped to fit the page and I can't upload vids or audio. There are no albums here and of course it reduces my webspace here. Also stats and comments were elsewhere.

I advise everyone to check if he's in need of downloading (also from other Picasa and blogspot blogs). My albums are in my blogroll titled "My blog" below the other blogroll on the right coloumn. Link for big size (4000 px) of my exclusive pic above at

The right weather for a snow bibs post. Some boys are very handsome (like usual).

I only noticed this very brief scene. English title: Manon of the Spring.

So rating 1-2 only. There is also a 1986 remake and a prequel called "Jean de Florette" which I both don't know, but the prequel is set even earlier. So I don't assume bibs there.

There are very good movies based on Pagnol's novels and his childhood (see my sailor suit blog). Perfect rural settings (Provence).

Schloss Einstein – ep 863

Lotta this time in turqouise tight bibs (full length) and red rubber boots doing farm chores. Also sitting on a straw bale but bad views from a distance or headshots. Rather few scenes in the 2nd half of this episode. So rating 6-7 only.

In earlier episodes she appeared in regular blue shortalls and coveralls.

I also noticed that she wears dental braces but on the lower teeth only. Her brown eyes are somehow rare also her hair style.

There are similar farm scenes in the past but often showing teen boys and girls in different colored bibs including purple, yellow, red and orange.

Much fewer scenes of kids in bibs in later seasons (2 boys earlier, coming soon). This girl in rare, tight, dark, probably black bibs. Buttons on the bib till the neck. A light green belt matching her shirt.

Song "Rock'n'Roll-Stoel" in this 2007 show. Kids dancing with other kids in wheelchairs, hence this title.

As usual a short clip in the studio. Often from a distance. I haven't noticed good rear views. There are also better songs.

Not bad but rating 4-5 only.
