I only checked this PD movie (60 minutes) at high speed but I only noticed few scenes (in the middle of this movie).

Based on a 1917 comic strip by Gene Byrnes but movie is set later. Completely on YouTube (embedded) and archive.org.

Rating 4-5 for bibs scenes (movie probably a bit higher). I like b&w movies but there are better ones showing bibs (also starring Alfalfa).
