À mort le bikini!

Short film 16 min

-I own: no
-Bib occurrence: low+
-Rating:  3/10
-Rating: ***
-Comment: I think 10 yo Mia Garnier in shortalls. Cycling but mainly partial views and with a backback (brief scene), sitting but mainly from a distance and rear view but not showing the full legs.

Another one from Felix. Thanks very much! He has 32 pics.

Rating 3-4. Not that bad, but too many partial scenes. The sitting scene is maybe the best and could have a higher rating when more and longer scenes and more close-up.

Other scenes of interest, boy swimming underwater scene and boys in board shorts and bikini tops. I have briefly checked the full movie on tv5modeplus.

English title: Death to the Bikini!.

Update: NBC Special Treat - s2e2 Big Henry and the Polka Dot Kid

Next to the old lady, there's also the boy in bibs, I think Chris Barnes (*1965), "The Bad News Bears". OshKosh, hickory striped and cycling. Brief scene 1-2 minutes starting at 25. 1976 ep.

Previously rating 2 for the lady now ~4. At least 3 clips on YouTube. Probably no better image quality.

Main post, also other episodes there

Another one from Felix. Thanks very much! He has 108 pics. (site 2 temp films).

Irish Coming-of-age drama set in 1979 Dublin.

I like the dark pair (pic 1). M or V style back. Rather few good scenes. Shortalls are also nice.

I give rating 6-(7). I have to watch the movie.

Another new one from Felix. Thanks very much! He has 72 pics. (site 2 temp shorts).

Rating (4)-5. Few good scenes, young girl. But  nice scenes and good bibs. I have to give rating 5.

Title based on the Nirvana song. Movie set in the 90s. Grenoble festival.

Forsthaus Falkenau - seasons 8, 7, 6, 4

I have started to check all episodes on Daily from uploader Martin Rombach, recent uploads first (clips don't have Forsthaus Falkenau in the title but episode numbers and titles). I found some good scenes also the lady.

Previously I briefly checked season 4 on YouTube but haven't found anything. Not sure if I'll find seasons 9-24. Season 6 I only checked s6e8. I might have missed scenes.

Pic 1 Florian in great longer turquoise shortalls in s8e8. Also in a barn with rubber boots. Also in s7e6 at 8 and s7e1 cycling but much younger.

Pic 2 from s8e1. Lday. I haven't found full views.

Pic 3 from s6e8. Teen girl in those longer shortalls also in s7e3 (outside distance).

Pic 4 from s7e8.

Unpictured: Toddler (boy ?) in s6e8 (also in pic 3), young man shirtless also with bib down in s8e6, the teen boy in s8e6 and s7e3 same pair, no need for more pics, older teen girl renovating with basecap (partial view) in s7e5

Main post rating 5 adding tags bicycle, shortalls, women

-Rating: *****
-Comment: I first found Nicole Schmid *1980 as Ricarda ca 8 yo in bibs or similar at least in early episode(s), maybe on publicity pics only, pic 3 taken from a magazine, clip "Fernsehwoche 14/1989: 08.04-14.04.1989 Christian Wolff). Update: I haven't found her in bibs in the series.

Pic 1 showing Dennis Hornig (*1989) as Florian in s7e11 Die Erbschaft (1997, stock pics says Die Gemeinschaft). Faded bibs, I think low back. Also at least a man. Probably also others. I currently don't have the time to check all episodes.

I assume more scenes, including ladies and men. Older man in blue working bibs at least in s2e6. Pic 2 probably showing Nikolai Bury *1979 as Peter in s7e11 brief scene headshot end of episode.

Also probably Florian in Lederhosen in same episode, on my other blog, rating 5.

Rating probably at least ~5-6 for now. I first considered rating ~(4)-5 for the girl. Could be much higher. Needs a full check later.

Some more episodes, mainly of the teen boy (episode numbers at least on YouTube need 1 substraced). Most YouTube clips (starting with ep 9) have very poor image quality.

-Available on DVD: no ?

-Bib occurrence: low+
-Rating:  3/10 ?
-Rating: ***
-Comment: Camden Welker in a dark blue pair. The only full view is cycling at the intro. The other scenes are mainly headshots. No rear views, no full sitting scene. Obviously set in the early or mid 70s.

Thanks Felix for another 4 galleries! He has 48 pics.

There's another boy shirtless in bibs which I almost missed and Felix hadn't mentioned. Pic 1 on left in the background but out of focus. Also at 0:19 rear view headshot and front headshot at 2:48. Maybe some moe kids including girls at least in a bibs-like dress or skirtalls, but very briefly and in the background. I have briefly checked the movie. On the director's site (linked on IMDb).

Rating ~3-(4)

Update: Il vecchio e la bambina

Felix now also found this. 437 pics. So probably even more scenes than assumed. Medium+ or often instead of medium, but I think medium+. Maybe some long scenes, I assume half of the movie. But she also wore other clothes like a skirt.

Many great cycling scenes (different angles, front, side, rear including close-ups, I like the rear views). Also nice regular rear views walking.

Bibs are tight, bib at low position. I don't like much buttoned bibs and prefer baggy bibs. I also like the pigtailed actress. Looking much different (better) in pigtails.

Main post, rating 5 (previously (4)-5, now 5-(6)), I have to watch this movie some day, maybe I can give rating 6 for bibs scenes. Or even more (for other scenes). Interesting movie with great locations but rather a documentary.

-Comment: Frouke Verheijde in 2 different pairs. Most scenes in rare, buttoned bibs (maybe rather sleeveless coveralls, unknown fabric) also sitting and at least 2 cycling scenes at 12 and 1h12. Good sitting at 22. Pic 2 at 5. Another scenes at the end ca 1h15. Also in regular hickory striped bibs, pic 1 at 44.

Available on the ardmediathek (channel Kika and maybe others like NDR). Maybe not for long as already for 6 day. German title: Jackie & Oopjen - Kunstdetektivinnen.

Rating ~(4)-5 for now. Briefly checked (no preview windows). Nice movie, plot and setting.

Update: I missed at least one scene, hickory striped pair without jacket, also great rear view. Felix now has a gallery. At least rating 5

Still searching for more of Gli anni d'oro (1992), I found this. Script by Beppe Cino (not directing here). Inspired by Hemingway. Berlin Festival 2022. Style and characters also reminds of Gli anni d'oro.

English title: The Old Man and the Little Girl.

I haven't seen the full movie yet.

Rating ~(4)-5 for now.

Update: 3 more pics, probably a bit more scenes than asssumed rating 5-(6)

–Comment: A girl in tan bibs (no bib pocket), also sitting and cycling. Also in a blue dress. Few scenes.

Another one from Felix. Thanks very much! He has 90 pics. (Screenshots2, folder temp films).

There are different movies. Obviously this is the documentary from Ukraine. About the artists Ada Rybachuk (1931-2010) und Volodymyr Melnichenko and their Wall of Memory (Stina Pamyati), originally 213m long designed in the 70s.

Original title: Ада.

I think rather few (good) scenes. Sometimes with open and closed jacket. So no notable rear views.

Rating 3-4.

NBC Special Treat - s5e1

1979 episode The Rocking Chair Rebellion. Young teen girl (Cheryl Arutt *1966) in tight dark blue bibs. Several good scenes also nice cycling scenes. And great rear/side view at 17. Bibs appear raw denim (inside) but sometimes stone washed and more faded outside. Maybe 2 pairs? Bib at quite low position. Legs not flared.

Image quality on YouTube is quite poor and having watermarks. I think better on the one who's selling it.

Also I think same girl in yellow shorts and handsome boy (not in bibs).

Rating at least 6 or 7.

Original title: Afacanlar: İş Başa Düştü. Filmed earlier. 2019?

Cycling is nice. I have to watch it. But girl is quite young. Rather few good scenes.

Young man also cycling (at least rear view, I missed that, with the bike of the boy) and open the bib till the hips while walking. Scenes at 8. Also other men in orange coveralls.

Usually, I don't post just men, but quite interesting bibs and scenes. He's not that old. Quite good CFF movie with a ghost story.

Rating ~3-4.

–Comment: Actress Ruri (瑠 璃 *2013, younger looking) in 2 different shortalls, faded blue and pink. Pink maybe non-jeans cotton. 4th grader. Main character, a boy is 10yo.

Suggestion from Felix (he has this under "How Dare You?" 491 pics). I also found it myself and took my own pics. Many scenes, but most are headshots, others dark lit. Also cycling or on bike (in pink), maybe publicity pic only?

Japanese title:  ふつうの子ども.

Rather few good scenes. No notable sitting scenes, no good rear view, young girl. Rating 4-(5). Movie/plot/setting might be a bit better.

–Rating: ***
–Comment: As announced one of the other episodes. This is a double episode, ep 21/22. First set in 1936, 1938 and 1939. First I wasn't sure about the actress. One US actress is Emily Mortimer (*10/1971) as later main character ~17 yo Judith (another actress Keira Knightley *1985 first playing young, 14 yo Judith). At a later check I think this is Katie Ryder Richardson (1969) as friend set in 1938 (or 1939) as the main character is dark haired. Another blonde actress is Brooke Kinsella (1983).

Cycling in bibs with a belt. I only noticed this brief scene. Heimkehr (2) At 16. Available on Daily. Other scenes of interest 2 ladies in tub and also other scenes swimming outside without clothes.

Interesting early setting.

For this brief scene rating ~3-(4).

English and Original title: Coming Home.

Another one from Felix. Thanks very much! He has 67 pics of this scene.

Yong girl, no good sitting or rear views.

Rating 3-(4) only.

La petite bande (2022)

Family adventure film

-Available on DVD: yes

-Bib occurrence: medium+ ?
-Rating:  6/10 ?
-Rating: ******
-Comment: An older red haired girl, Colombe Schmidt in stone washed, knee-length (ripped off, sometimes even more cuffed up) bibs, also cycling, sitting outside and (few) wet scenes. Obviously many scenes. Felix has 325 pics.

Very nice cycling/sitting on bike. I don't like the (few) rear views and somehow I don't like much this actress (except her face). Many headshots and distance views. Bibs are not that tight, and/or she's very thin. I have to check moving images.

So rating 6-(7) for now.

Filming started in 2020 where she was 12. Looking much older as she's tall. I thought of 15-16.

English title: The Little Gang. Obviously a remake by same staff of the 1983 movie, I also have, young girl rating 2 (currently no pics)

Info: Danny De Munk 1985 commercial apples

I've uploaded a clip of rare pics from actor and singer Danny de Munk ("Ciske de Rat" 1984). This commercial showing him in 1985 on a tricycle in shortalls.

I haven't searched for the clip and only have this pic, taken from a now defunct fan site.

Thanks db1 for commenting and finding this clip. I assumed it to be earlier than 1985.
