Finally I found a "new" film with boys in bibs. Unfortunatley very few and brief scenes of the boys. Pics 1-3 at 11, pic 3 at 1h28.

Only briefly checked as usual, but I doubt that there are more notable bibs scenes. Most scenes with many people from a distance.

Starring young Mitch Vogel and old Will Geer, but both not in bibs. Quite good acting of Mitch Vogel who is very often shown. Also in underwear (short union-suit ?) and or night shirt. Other scenes of interest: bathing in a creek (no clothes) 2 scenes briefly at 1 and briefly at 30.

So rating ~3. Directed by Mark Rydell (The Cowboys (1972), On Golden Pond, The River (1984)). Looks like a 60s Disney film.

And another rating 3 re-upload. Dylan Schmid as Henry ~17yo and men in bibs. Rating was 3-4. I also had a rear view but no need for more pics. Nice bibs and Nebraska farm setting (corn fields). Short story by Stephen King. I haven't re-watched the movie. Boy is too old for me.

Update: Kung-fu master! (1988) f/m rating 3->5

 

I have briefly re-checked this great movie. I haven't seen it (completely) for many years. Next to a very brief scene of a teen girl (rating 3), I found at least 2 other teen girls and a teen boy in bibs. There are few scenes showing others than Jane Birkin, her family including Charlotte Gainsbourg and Mathieu Demy. 

Pic 1 at 24, pic 2 at 23. Unpictured: another girl at 3 (also with an open jacket). The teen boy also appeared at 4 either in regular jeans but possibly and more likely same bibs with a sweater over them. Maybe another scenes like at the end. I currently don't have the time to watch complete movies at regular speed.

I only have checked randomly several episodes. There are mainly seasons 4-6 on YouTube. I only found one episode of a boy yet. And some more scenes of the young girl.

There's also a 2024 movie "Perfekta: Uma Aventura da Escola de Gênios". Needs to be checked as well.

Farm work including kneeing on the field. Several good scenes. Unfortunatley rather few good rear views. Sitting and standing up but mainly behind a table.

Set on the Dudley Farm Historic State Park (Newberry, FL). Setting should be maybe in the ~1850s.

The brand seems rare. 2 watch holes \  /. I think, I haven't seen that before. Removed label on front. There is one on the rear, white text on dark blue. Very short name. Upper side button open. Quite baggy.

Rating ~6 for now. I prefer blond and younger boys.

I had this on a VHS recording (overwriting another very rare German movie (Manuel), I've just uploaded the remains to YouTube). 

Although not being real bibs, I like this (coveralls and actor).

Rating ~6. I only have checked this briefly. The first stream I found has not this movie but the 1985 sequel. I haven't found any scenes there.

And another rating 3 re-upload. Older teen boy ~17 yo (or maybe a bit younger) playing in hay and a lady in bibs, now confirmed bibs, low back. 1984 East German movie. I have briefly rechecked it. The teen boy also shirtless on a motorbike new pic 1. And maybe there's a 13 yo teen girl in bibs or similar as well. I only noticed headshots at the beginning.

Teen girl also in nice white shorts (was rating 4 on my other blog) but I now think these are not shiny. Also swimwear scenes (f/m).

Typical East-German movie. Most (bibs) actors are too old. Quite good rural setting (and maybe plot) though.

Update: Honkytonk Man

 

After re-watching the 5 Sugar Creek Gang movies, I have yesterday finished re-watching Honkytonk Man. Still my TOP #1. Kyle was great. Handsome, shy and a perfect vintage Big Smith pair and very nice setting. I made some more caps (from a 1080p stream but scaled down). I already had some of these, but they were lost during migration.

Pic 1 and pic 3 (distance) and main post pic 2 is another brand and still unknown. No watch hole. And that is rare for a 30s setting. Maybe a (modern) Big John. Pic 2 a nice sitting scene, I also had a rear view of this. There are also nice publicity pics on the porch with a guitar. I found one without the stock watermarks.

Pic 3 is near the beginning inside. Pic 4 showing some other boys. But brief scene. Shortly after that pic 1.

Best scene at the beginning (main post) front+rear, also some close-ups (also some men) and the wood chopping scene at 32. I only have a partial head shot in the brand post. 

I own the old 2003 DVD. There's an 2024 Italian remastered DVD and at least 1 (French) BD, but not sure about their quality.

The image quality/colors are quite poor on streams on YouTube and maybe elsewhere. I think this is available in better (not perfect) colors but not as stream. Pic 1 (at 34) is color corrected. 

Rating at least 4 or 5. I like grey bibs and belts. I have to re-check that. Original title: Пятая четверть. Aka Pjataja četvěrť. 

I have re-checked it. Rating 4-(5) is correct.

From the guy who also offers the 2 digital episodes of Gli anni d'oro (1992). One of 2 accounts on YouTube was closed, but I now found another new one, also offering this movie but with another clip and another mail. Extremely rare. Not released on DVD/VHS (I checked my Italian VHS catalogue).

Quite interesting movie and 30s setting. Nice sitting scene, also legs up/angled.

I think only one longer scene at the beginning. Sitting, but far distance, one brief rear view. Few full views. Pic 1 at 11, pic 2 a bit later.

For the few scenes I can only give rating 4-5 but giving 5 for great actor and setting. On YouTube there's one clip "Comparing Elvis (1979) To Elvis (2022)" having at least some scenes.

The 1979 movie only has one scene as mentioned. Boy I think in DeeCee. Although not as handsome as Chaydon (but fits to the 40s and 70s), I prefer these bibs and having better scenes including rear view, rating (5)-6 is correct. I will upload 1 or 2 more pics. And no need for more pics of Niklas och figuren (rating 4-(5)).
