Not directly bib releated, but party, as many farm kids (of the 1930s) were barefooted (like The Waltons). I like this.
On this website which I found by coincidence is a list of 88 films, partly series, partly animated films. Not complete and perfect, but quite interesting. I like Ocean Girl, The Black Stallion and Die rote Zora und ihre Bande (1979). Very few bib films, but perhaps it will be updated and perhaps someone likes it.

I found this list by searching for Huckleberry Finn (1975) starring Ron Howard which I got as an IMDb recommendation. (I think without bibs). But I also found Huckleberry Finn (1974) starring Jeff East with bibs (also in Tom Sawyer (1973)) and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1939) from the list. I also found an interesting clip of the first Huckleberry Finn (1920). I will add Huck Finn films shortly.

There is a very good shot of his very dirty bare sole just as Mary Ellen stands up to show her grandfather a magazine article. John Boy is seen again barefoot as he jumps a fence to hand his father a package. He is still barefoot later as he walks across the living room and out onto the front porch where he encounters a barefoot Jason, Erin, Elizabeth, and Jim Bob. The dirty soles of Jason and Jim Bob's feet are clearly seen as they lounge on the porch. Later all of the children are seen walking barefoot into the schoolhouse.
