Lockie Leonard - s1e24

As announced now this episode showing 2 notable, but very brief scenes of Phillip's rear (what is rarely shown). One while walking, one standing. One more scene but b&w and brief as well. Bibs are quite dark, almost raw denim. Back is high up the butt crack. Although I like dark bibs I somehow don't like this actor. Annoying little brother. Maybe it's the German dubbing voice? I don't like his haircut either. Sitting scene and hugging while sitting but nothing much to see. One brief scene in s1e23 of him. But in total fewer and fewer scenes. Even of Mrs. Egg.

Very funny plot about farting.

Pic taken from a blog called Filmscoop, who claims that according to Italian Copyrights, such pics of culture can be used after 20 years. Don't know the original source, I think it's a publicity pic, maybe taken from a magazine. It's also on ivid but watermarked.

I don't know the movie and so can't say anything more. Obviously a typical family drama.

I assume few bibs scenes as he also wears regular dark blue jeans.

Rating 3-4 for now. Seems quite young, even much younger on other pics. English title: The Last Daddy.

There is a publicity pic showing a bit more (rear view). I haven't found any other scenes (no pics no clips). No scenes in the trailers but I found this other short clip showing Robert Redford and the kids (big girl on the right).

Of course I don't know this movie yet (not even in the theaters). So needs to be rechecked later. For what I've seen, I assume few or very few bibs scenes.

The original 1977 Disney movie starring 8 yo Sean Marshall in different bibs is definitely much better (movie, actor and movie style). I definitely have to update that entry and make better pics as well. Currently rating 4; probably I have to give 5 or 6.

For the remake rating 2-3 for now only. I also don't like Pete in there. Probably not wearing bibs either.

Update 2: Lockie Leonard

Sorry, no real bibs. Lockie in a long, light colorful apron and later he and Vicki in blue training bibs (vests).

Again no real bibs not even Phillip anymore. Only Mrs. Egg is often shown in her dark blue bibs. The black wet suit of Lockie is also quite good. Previously mainly shown headshots of him but recently also fully shown front+rear.

At camp some good bunk beds (rating 6).

Update 2: The Waltons – Season 5

Some more from The Waltons season 5. Mainly Jim-Bob of interest (next to Ben and Elizabeth). Pic 1 showing him riding Blue (as usual without saddle) in ep 2 (disc 1 at 1h35). Not bad but from a distance and brief scene.

The scene in pic 2 I already mentioned (Story 29: Waltons 3 on 1 horse, slightly different pic). Very interesting. His girl friend (Patsy Brimmer ?) mounted later and sitting on his lap (or nuts)! and then riding. Ouch. And he's still laughing. Disc 3 at 39 min (ep 7).

Pic 3 showing him (and Ben) in the church. Disc 3 at 1h17 ep 7 or 8 (double ep). His bib is sagging making a fold, so at very low position. Corabeth said to him to stand properly. He's also grabbing his straps. On the rear thigh near the butt he now has a beige patch. Later also dancing in his beige bibs.

Fewer and fewer scenes of Jason (no scenes in bibs in seasons 6-9). Again, I encountered problems playing all disc of season 4 and 5.

Just 2 brief scenes in today's episode. But showing: the length and rear of Harriet's colorful bibs which are short, about 3/4th length and quite tight. Bib at low position, overlapping straps. Backside very high. Wearing 2 braids instead of a ponytail. Scene at the beginning. Another scene of her a bit later sitting behind a table.

At the end there's another scene showing Robby sitting behind a table in his beige corduroy bibs. Then standing up (briefly showing his lap) and running to the door. Also the younger sister Billie in the bibslike dress or skirtalls. Nothing more to see from the girl. Rear view of Robby.

Update: Lockie Leonard (f/m)

Some good scenes of Phillip in s1e9 like sitting scenes and on stilts. Unfortunately mostly headshots. Bibs are very dark and when standing the bib is at low position but sometimes (when sitting) the bib is at high position looking big and wide like man's bibs. The character is still 10 yo, the actor 11 or even 12.

Also mom (Briomy Williams) Della Rae Morrison in dark blue, non-jeans bibs in s1e9 and s1e10 but in both briefly, I think mainly or only headshots (pic from s1e10 sitting at 10 minutes). More and better scenes and also rear view in s1e11. Few scenes of her in s1e12.

Finally several good scenes of 15 yo Robby's blue jeans bibs in today's episode. Bibs are baggy and when standing it's bib is mostly at low position. 3 good sitting scenes, mainly at the funfair and also in the woods (I think partly set in Stuttgart ?) Also cycling but brief scene. No females in bibs this time.

Unfortunatley always with an opened blue shirt. Good plot about an assumed poisoning.

Series is not on DVD. Rebroadcasting tonight. Hard to give a proper rating. I don't like this tall boy with his longer haircut. So maybe rating 4-5 is OK.

I don't think that's a dress, as she wears a blouse under them. Backside looks even more like a skirt with long straps till the butt. Scene near the beginning, around 17 minutes (including the Schlefaz comments, so much earlier in the regular movie).

Has been aired in the recent German Schlefaz (worst movie of all times) movie series. Typical comedy movie of it's time and indeed pretty bad. I still haven't seen it completetly but don't assume better overalls scenes.

However 2 boys in short and tight Lederhosen (Lederhosen blog currently rating 6, maybe more).

Update: The Waltons – Season 5

This time some more updates of Jim-Bob and Erin in season 5.

Pic 1 is (I think) from ep 4 at 38 minutes (disc 2). Jim-Bob kneeing in the barn in his medium blue bibs (long straps till the butt). Pic 2 is another great scene Jim-Bob grabbing his own straps (same scene, same pair of bibs).

Typical drama of it's kind. Some quite good ranch and rural scenes, she also wears regular jeans and a cowboy hat. Riding on a faked bull (not in bibs). Also a woman riding a horse with a Cowboy hat but not in bibs either. At the beginning good Baseball scenes (boys+girls).

120 minutes, PG-13.

Samantha is quite young.

Update: Over the Edge (1979)

I'm currently checking especially movies and series of the (mid and late) 1970s. By coincidence I noticed next to the teen boy also at least one teen girl in bibs (pic 1 at 14 minutes sitting in the classroom) and I think some more and also cycling but from a distance.

Pic 2 showing ~16 yo Tom Fergus walking in faded blue bibs. Scene at 45 minutes also a very good rear view. Bibs are rather tight and he's tall and thin. Bib at low position. Also some more scene of him like at the beginning in a yellow shirt (maybe even better, at least the front).

On TV: Lockie Leonard

2 episodes daily on German's Kika. I already have an entry, rating 5. 11 yo Corey McKernan as Phillip. Pics from s1e1.

I like Australian TV series ("Round the Twist", "Skippy" and the like). Quite funny and good plot about a 13 yo surfing teen boy Lockie and his 11 yo bedwetting brother Phillip. Very good bedroom scenes (bedroom blog rating 10).

Lockie is more handsome and Phillip's bibs could be better. Flat butt and bib at low position. Often hands in pockets.

Maybe some better bibs scenes (like sitting scenes, see the main entry) in later episodes (season 1 only ?) The problem is, like US series that they wear school uniforms. Probably rating 5 is OK compared to other (farm) movies and series.

Obviously rather few (good scenes). Few scenes in ep 1, no scenes in s1e2. Update: No scenes in ep 3+4. Best scenes yet in ep. 6. Complete list (WIP) on the main entry

Unfortunately only few and brief scenes and often shown from a distance and rear view (sitting) at 14 minutes what is quite good. You can see much as the chairback is short and not continous.

Also at least 2 a bit younger girls in dark blue bibs and white shirts on the playground but fast action running scenes and from a distance. Very brief scene at 50 minutes.

Almost finished the complete series. Around 5 posts to come. So indeed in almost every episode there are kids in bibs. Feels like around 70-80 % girls although I have half of the posts with boys. Often there are several girls in bibs in one episode but just one boy. And often few and brief scenes as there are rather few main characters in bibs.

Rating 3-4 for this one. Also few handsome boys. So there are much better episodes.

Katrin ist die Beste - ep. 7

No young girls in this episode (but an older girl) and no teen boy, except for the intro showing 15 yo boy Robbie both in blue jeans bibs and the beige corduroy bibs. Episode 7 "Der Märtyrer" (ep 6 on IMDb)

Nothing much to see of him at least showing the color and height of the bibs. I think the bibs are quite tight as he's tall and thin. For the corduroy bibs see the main entry and links there.

Near the end there's a short scene of an unknown older teen girl/young women (high school student), around 19 yo in black bibs or similar and a white T-shirt. Only headshot, sitting behind a table, front + side view (I assume full length bibs). Also one older man in green bibs fully shown walking outside.

Or maybe it's a different pair? But I don't think so. Probably just appearing darker in the backlight or shadow and are typical stone washed bibs. Ep: Frères de sang. Several good scenes including at least 2 (or 1 long) sitting scenes.

I already had a pic of him in the main entry but wasn't sure about the name, the amount and quality of the bibs scenes. So I checked this complete episode and make this separate entry.

I don't like curly hair but he's quite handsome. Very good bibs scenes. I think I have to recheck the complete episode at slow speed again.

Rating 6 or maybe 7 for this one and still rating 6 only for the complete series. So this is one of the best episodes although no farm plot this time. –Comment: At least Bobby Moat, around 5 or 6 yo as 5 yo Calvin (4 yo in the 1996 novel, written by Michael Grant Jaffe) in blue bibs, also riding (with Joey Lauren Adams), bibs appear light blue there but could be the sun light. Farm and rural setting of Kansas and/or Dallas. Not sure about the amount of bibs scenes. He also wore other clothes like regular jeans.

From my rare movies list. I still haven't seen the complete movie yet and have to recheck it later. Rated PG-13.

Interesting plot and setting. But due to his age I can only give rating 3-4 for now.

Also starring (~19 yo) Devon Sawa (shirtless/without clothes) and Monica Potter.
