I've seen to late, that the character is just 4yo. I think actress was a bit older, probably 5, filming since 2018.

Way too young, too few scenes, so rating 2-3. I would prefer the brown color. Movie itself probably rating 2-3 as well but I haven't seen it.

A girl in a dark bibs-like dress at least in s12e2, s14e2, s14e6, s15e7 next to the boy, a girl in pink bibs (obviously the same girl as in pic 2) in s8e8, s9e2, s9e4, s9e6, s10e9, s12e10 (sitting on floor), s13e7, a boy or less likely girl in olive or similar coveralls in s11e8 (thumbnails on the broadcaster's site). 

Obviously many scenes in most or all episodes. Available on the official broadcaster's NRK site. I don't have the time to check them all. They are even younger in earlier seasons/episodes.

Maybe rating ~4-5 (for the boy). I don't like much this young boy. Not sure about their names.

During research I found on the broadcaster's site series Newton (2000) (at least older teen boy or young man sitting).

-Comment: Another one from Felix. Thanks very much! He has one folder for 8 seasons. My favourite is s8e2 (pic 1), boy and younger girl in black snow bibs ("Swedenmount"), also sitting on a swing. Great setting. Boy even also cycling. Obvously in total few episodes. I think just 3. Pic 2 from s4e4 girl in dark tight bibs. Another very young girl in long stone washed bibs and a girl in a faded dress in s6e2 on a trampoline, very briefly (unpictured).

Sitting scenes of all. Kids are very young. Probably the docus are generally of interest. 

Rating ~4 (4-5 for snow bibs), lesser for the others. 

 

Update 6: Carrossel (2012) f/m

 

Some more pics, 263 episodes checked. Pic 1 from ep 243, also regular sitting. Very nice denim pair, might be another pair, at least the bib seems larger and is at higher position. So maybe 4 or 5 pairs. (+man+girls)

Pic 2 from ep 246, faded pair also in ep 245 and other episodes. I also have this shirt and pair in update 3 including lying. 

Pic 3 from ep 263 I think showing a girl dancing in costume (Super Mario ?). Also from a distance. A boy in a similar costume but I think just a shirt with straps.

Boy sitting in same pair as pic 1 but turquoise shirt in ep 258 (pic 4, same in ep 183) and again with rare wider flaps over the straps, I first noticed in ep 155 in update 5.

Info: Wunderschön (2022) on TV and die wohngemeinschaft (2018)

Currently only bibs-like dresses known but who knows. Pic from ZDF series "die wohngemeinschaft" clip "die wohngemeinschaft I Folge 1" by "DIE WG" (at 7). Spin-off of the "WG"-series (Die Mädchen-WG and Die Jungs-WG,  latter one up to rating 10 but no bibs, at least Lederhosen) with same girls and boys from the 2009 series filmed 10 years later. Not sure from what season this lady was. I think it's Janina Hager from first season Die Mädchen-WG: Ein Monat ohne Eltern (Cologne, 2010). 2 pics-reuploaded from the Mädchen-WG.

And Monday July 14th on German's DasErste a very young girl in a faded dress in TV movie Wunderschön. Shown in the Trailer #1 (2021) at 1.15 (no need for a pic).

140 episodes checked, so almost half of this series. Many scenes, including sitting and another lying scene. I can't post them all, many are similar. So only some pics/scenes I like. I found a girl but in bibs-like shortalls/like dress/skirtalls in ep 106 (pic 5), alsos sitting.

I had no problems finding this movie, 4th result on YouTube (OK).

Perfect sitting and standing up scene (rating 9-(10), but I prefer blue bibs). The sitting scene (headshot) can be found on IMDb. I don't want to show the close-up scene (it's also in the trailer), so I've chosen this one.

Great scene but for the brief scenes I give rating (5-)6.

Filmed in 2017. Main plot seems to be in the present. But it's an anthology collection. Not sure about the time setting. I think Killroy (later) fought in Vietnam. So maybe 50s. Film released as NFT. IMDb rating 3.6.

I have just found this and have to check both and the other telenovelas on Daily.

That was already the current season 21. Very few (good) scenes. I'm sure having read that there should be the previous gang/generation, but I think I only found the new one.
Pics 1+3 from s21e10 dark pair is long. Lady in s21e5 synthetic fabric. I mentioned her before.
Unpictured: A man in blue working bibs in s21e8. The young black girl also wore a bibs-like dress in s21e6. Also in that episode young firefighter men putting on firefighter bibs resting on their boots. Quite good but brief scene.

Update: Bhoot and Friends

Another rating 4 re-upload. I'm currently running out of movies with boys. Girl and chubby boy. 2h movie, several scenes starting at 38. Lying on stomach at 1h34. As my original was very poor and blurry I have today briefly checked again the full movie and made these better sharper caps. The girl wore just a dress.

7/8th length. Obviously few good rear views as he wore a long backpack. I haven't noticed sitting scenes. I think there are some close-ups. Rating was 4-(5), maybe now a bit less. 

Cycling (in bibs) I haven't noticed before at 46. Riding very briefly (2 on 1 horse, boy on rear) at 1h13.

A suggestion from db1, thanks very much! It should show many boys and girls; some of them wearing bibs. I found some few episodes including on archive.org and I haven't found others, and no boys in bibs.

Hard to rate with the few episodes available. For now rating 4-5.

Season 5 checked. Still some great scenes of Chechu, now ~10 yo. Nice orange shirt. Pic 1 from s5e4. Same shirt also in s5e2. White T-shirt and open and closed white shirt in s5e11. Bibs can be said for sure due to the tag on the rear and later the shirt is open.

Pic 2 from s5e3 showing the little girl, now older in skirtalls, also sitting. Fewer and fewer scenes, I doubt that there will be much more, but who knows.

Teen girls at least in bibs-like dresses (tan in s1e8, long dark blue in s2e13). Also nice speedo and swimwear scenes f/m in s8e11. And a boy with a bowlcut (s2e13).

Rating 6 for now. I didn't had the time yet to check all episodes. I checked about 1-2 episodes of each of the 9 seasons. But I will check all of them soon. I assume few good scenes though. I assume there are much more non-US series with bibs scenes.
