Also a man (engine driver) in dark blue bibs at 18.

During research for I Love Toy Trains (very few other scenes, mainly men and toddlers, see updated info in I Love Lionel, I found on Google Images the girl in pic 2 (mis)titled "I Love Toy Trains I Love Big Trains: Wher...". The link of that French site was defunct, but I soon found it on YouTube. It's a different publisher called Sandbox Home Videos. (DVD released in 2005 by Big Kids Productions). Directed by Tim Hnedak. No entry on IMDb. VHS and DVD release.

On the YouTube channel by Mechanical Analog Digital I found 2 more clips, one with a lady in bibs (Real Animals, A Day with Horses) and another one with a young girl in shortalls and men (What do you want to be when you grow up: Railroaders, both coming soon). There are obviously many train/engine driver educational vids. But most with very young kids (and men).

Some good sitting scenes of the boy, very few and brief scenes of the older girl. So I can only give rating 4-(5).

Brand #24: The Waltons - season 3 part 2

 

On disc 2 Ben's hickory striped pair is now confirmed Lee. At 2h33 (sitting, ep 7) I noticed the "/" stich, I previously haven't seen. And at 2h51 where he's smoking with Zeb there's a close up of the rear tag (so 98-SB shield back). Also a very brief close up of his butt when standing up. On disc 3 (at 18) there's no tag anymore, other pair? (again shirtless 1h02).

Jason's Lee appeared dark at 1h53 (ep 6). I think it's a new pair (although darker lit inside). Again he often wore regular jeans, I didn't recall. Also a good Football scene with him. On disc 5 the pair is again very faded. (Also showing Erin in dark grey or similar).

In ep 4 at 6 there's a close-up of the bib and buttons of Jim-Bob. So these are probably OshKosh. I found some button collections from a museum on pinterest. (There are also others from OshKosh). On disc 3 also again shirtless.

Rather few and brief scenes (at 5, 16, 22, 25, 27 standing rear, 28 standing front full view). VHS first released in 2000 (IMDb has a 2009 later DVD version). The DVD has 45 minutes, but description says 35. Rest obviously trailers.

Another suggestion. Thanks very much! Pic 2 showing him in I Love Toy Trains 10 (2002, ~11 yo still wearing dental braces (later without), also a beach scene in board shorts and shirt). At least in there there's also another younger boy (sitting in hickory striped bibs).

The "I Love Toy Trains" series, first released in 1993 (IMDb: 2002) has 12 videos in the main series and at least 13 more without numbers like I Love Toy Trains All Aboard. + Compilations and blooper DVD Oh No!. The best source is maybe the tm-books-and video fandom. "I Love Lionel" is not in that series.

Next to the train series there are also other series (maybe there are bibs scenes as well) where Jeffrey starred like

All About Cowboys For Kids 1+2 (2004), I Love Big Machines 2, I Love Cat Machines 3, I Love Big Trains, 1-3 etc. I have to check all of this and other vids from that publisher. 

He wore bibs and a red scarf in I Love Big Trains. Screenshots on Jeff's page on fandom. (Looking like Young Sheldon in season 3). He don't wear bibs in all episodes. According IMDb he also starred in at least 7 John Deere docus at least from 2008 like "John Deere Country: Stories About Folks Who Love John Deere" and "John Deere Country: How John Deere Makes Tractors" (2009). Another larger series (~23 parts like All About John Deere 1 (for kids) 2004). Those credits of him missing on fandom.

Rating ~5-(6) for now.

Update: I have briefly checked mainly the main series. Very few other scenes. Jeff is sometimes shown, usually at the beginning and almost always not in bibs. In The Best of I Love Toy Trains (Pts. 1-6) is a man in raw denim OshKosh bibs (rear) and a black man in faded bibs. Good jeans in All About Cowboys For Kids. Most DVDs are on archive.org. I found some other train series, also with girls.

Correct title: Matěji, proč tě holky nechtějí? (what would mean Matej, why don't girls want you?). Main character is an 18 yo boy.

Has been aired yesterday. Next to Missy in black shortalls (brief sitting scene, white shirt) there's also the tutor, a girl (Reagon To) from the German college in long black bibs. Sitting, brief scene. Some more scenes (clip) headshots also partial rear on the actor's IMDb page.

I've finished disc 1. First appearance of Erin (and Ben) in bibs. (Ben also in season 1 in other bibs). Erin in red striped bibs, unknown brand. Ben first in hickory striped bibs, I think Lee 98-SB (label on rear not removed), also briefly shirtless at the beginning of s3e1. Pic at 34, better both sitting at 38. For striped Lee's see this post. Elizabeth also in striped bibs.

Jason in his Lee's at 58 also in the garden with different appearing color but same pair. Wade (character is 19 yo but actor is ~28) I think also in Lee. Jason later riding and descending the Mule at 2h51 (ep 3). He often wore regular jeans. Surprisingly in bibs when riding. 

At end of s3e3 (disc 2h41) Ben wore a non-striped dark pair. Could be Washington Dee Cee (but no flap, maybe Old Kentucky). Also good rear view. Also showing John-Boy in his faded pair, low back Boss suspenders. In that scene also briefly Mary Ellen in her faded Can't Bust 'em. Jim-Bob in his medium blue pair, also shirtless.

Some more guest actors. 2 handsome boys at 18 in faded pairs s3e1 (unknown brand). Some more young boys riding s3e3 distance. And some more men like old Boone s3e1. I don't like the plots. Sometimes few/no scenes like at college.

Another rating 4 re-upload. Next to the boy, there's also a girl in bibs. Larger pic of the boy also on IMDb. I haven't rechecked the full movie. Obviously very few and brief scenes and the kids are very young. So rather rating 3.

I currently don't know the brand (probably modern). 2 bib pockets, front one is pointed. Labels looks exceptional and recognizable. Maybe I've seen it before, but I haven't details about the labels in my database yet.

Update 4: The Big Show (1923) Our Gang

 

After a short clip, ClassicFlix has now published the full movie (21 min) on YouTube (3 months ago, I almost missed that "Full short" vs clip). It's my favorite episode with several boys in bibs including handsome boys (rating 7, rather 6). So now showing remastered scenes of the handsome boy without cap also standing front and rear view (with patch) and the scenes before the play/show (fair) and after that (zoo), also better showing the extremely ripped bibs of Mickey Daniels, his freckles, others in hickory stripes etc.

The Restored Silents Vol 1 BD or DVD (8 movies) has still not been released but could be in the next months. (Same for Mickey McGuire, rating 7 probably delayed much more). 3 (including this) were already released on the Centennial Bonus disc. Only 2 movies (this and The Cobbler, I also made a new pic) are confirmed to be from 35mm prints. 3 other movies for another upcoming release are in very rough 16mm not qualifying for BD. So as assumed this movie is mainly that excellent as they found a very good copy.

Young Sheldon - season 7 (on TV)

 

In this final season (Sheldon got too old), Missy wore again (short) shortalls, this time black ones. Many scenes in most episodes. (Not in ep 1). Pic 1 from ep 5 (very good also sitting). Sleeveless shirts. Also even at the intro. I haven't checked all episodes. Other white (better) shirt in ep 2.

At least rating ~5-6. I haven't noticed bibs/shortalls in season 6 but might have missed some episodes. Also few scenes in seasons 4+5.

Brand #22: The Waltons - season 2 part 4

 

Jason's bibs (Lee) look very faded in s2e23. Some good scenes also sitting and lying on the floor at the end of the episode. I first thought it's another pair, but I think they've just washed them. (But all others had new pairs in season 2). In ep 24 the pair looks darker (maybe filmed earlier). Below a close-up of the fabric in s2e11 (disc at 2h40). Very good also the sitting scene, standing up, walking in ep 20 (CD 6 at 10). I think in season 3 he still wore that pair. But definitely at least one other pair in season 4+5.

Jim-Bob's bib (same ep) has 1 button, a horizontal stich and the label was removed on the left. Suspenders are brown at the end. I haven't found that exact pair. Maybe OshKosh (like Elizabeth).

Rather few scenes. Most scenes are dark lit. Also cycling (at least the girl, distance). Based on a short story by Stephen King and inspired by "It". 80s flair but present setting.

Rating ~4. (Few good scenes and boy is very young). Movie itself seems also quite poor like most modern movies.

 

Update: The Waltons' Homecoming

 

As said I have completely seen this 2021 movie. No boys. One brief scene of a black man sitting in a bus at 37. Movie is poor. Some scenes of 21 yo Marcelle LeBlanc as Mary Ellen sitting on a bed (at 19 poor view, distance/side view), also outside in the snow at 30, open jacket. Rather few (good) scenes mainly at the beginning, rather rating 3.

I still have to completely check the 2022 sequel A Waltons Thanksgiving (f/m currently rating 6).

Update: Musikids: Heisse Mundart-Songs

After the recent Frisian dialects (girls rating 4), I searched for this CD, found and bought it. The concept is quite rare, a (photo) love story of kids, rather a radio play, and with that dialect probably unique. 12 completely different songs (quite good. including styles of techno, rap, boogie-woogie, country, world music but mainly rock/pop, a bit similar like Kinderen voor Kinderen). 

Each song is interrupted with a short narration and dialogues ~30-60 sec. The plot is about a handsome boy Johnny, a show-off, claiming having worked with Michael Jackson and he has to prove that at a contest. More details, lyrics (without narration) and photos on discogs.

There was obviously a stage play and video. I first haven't found the clip on YouTube anymore but it's still there

Kids are just singing and the dialect takes time to get used to. First I was disappointed. 95% sounds like girls voices, including the narration (boy+girl, the boy just sounds like a girl. The more often I listen, the more I like it.

Bibs: There are I think 2 girls and 1 boy in bibs. Unfortunatley I haven't found any other pics of vids. At least I now have the full sound and plot.

Updates: Soup and Me, The Littlest Outlaw

2 rating 4 re-uploads. First Soup and Me (ABC Weekend Specials) pic 1, although just a very brief scene at the intro only (I also have some books, I think 3 and episode Soup For President (f/m rating 6). Book 1 Soup, Book 55 Soup in the Saddle. I think I also later bought book Soup for President and some more from Robert Newton Peck (TRIG, Nine Man Tree, and A Day No Pigs Would Die, latter one no post yet). The Soup book have great illustrations and farm plots but I think no mentions of bibs.

Pic 2 from The Littlest Outlaw, a 1955 Disney film. I haven't checked that recently. But I only remember a brief scene of these young and older boys some few in bibs mainly or only from a distance.

The Voice Kids (Germany) - season 12

In yesterdays episode (s12e4 ? Blind Audition 4?) there was a 14 yo girl called Isa from Eldagsen, originally from Argentina in bright red bibs on stage (quite tight with shield back). There was also a pic shown at home where she wore faded blue jeans bibs. Her older sister (~18 yo+) backstage also wore blue bibs. Obviously many Argentinians (still) like wearing bibs. There are many telenovelas like Cebollitas (boys, girls, rating 8).

Webfinds: 5 new historical FSA pics, boy at doctor

 

During research for brands (Tuf-Nut), I found via Google a pic originally on Shorpy titled Nurse's Orders: 1940. Photographer Russell Lee. (Pic 2, there sharper but watermarked, On loc.gov there are 2 higher resolutions). The title is different and I found 2 more pics of him (sitting at the doctor, one with bib down) searching for location Agua Fria (and surrounding pics).

I found 2 more pics incl pic 1, 1 more of that boy and a man. Some still have their tags on their bibs. I have to check more of my existing albums (see my Albums here). FSA-OWI, including info about photo numbers.

Brand #21: The Waltons - season 2 part 3

Ron Howard as teen Seth on disc 5 pictured at 2h13 (ep 18) wore great worn JC Penney's. Either Big Mac or Pay Day. I think it's a 50s or maybe 40s pair. Set in ~1934. I think a 30s pair had a completely different bib pocket with flap. I haven't found any 30s tag and maybe they had to remove it and it could be the 40s/50s label as pictured (diamond Square Bak would be on rear). 

Good scenes on bed, also side view. (List 20: In bibs on bed). Sitting on grass fishing at the beginning. I think no good rear views, as sometimes with an open shirt. Also great sitting close-up.

Jim-Bob had a new medium dark pair in ep 19 (disc 5 at ~2h55, also good rear at 2h27). Not sure about the brand, 1 button, maybe Dee Cee. 

Elizabeth wore for the first time a regular, non-simple pair, obviously OshKosh. (40s labels as well). Rear pic at end of episode/disc (disc 3h06). Hickory striped.

I still haven't found any pics or clips of the 16 yo teen girl (main character) in bibs, but at least there's now a clip of her not in bibs but in regular jeans. Pic from the intro. Although the series is on DVD.

Update: The Hill (2023)

 

I have briefly checked the full movie. Scenes obviously only in the first half (up to 57 min). Also men in bibs. The Baseball scene at ~35-38 is quite short. Also the main character with leg braces in bibs (pic 1) there and and the beginning (I think brand Dee Cee). A close-up scene of another, older boy (pic 2 at main post in brand Key). 

Most often shown the handsome boy (pic 2 (at 6) +pic 4 (at 10) in Liberty bibs) also sitting and standing in bibs at church next to others. Hands in pockets at 12. Both headshot in a car at 21.

Rating 6 or maybe rather 5 was correct. A bit fewer scenes. I currently don't have the time to watch it at regular speed.

Update+brand: Gacy

 

As announced in The Babysitter (2003), I found some more in Gacy (2003) next to the young boy, including ~20 yo Jeremy Lelliott (pic 1 on left, brief scene at 13, he's now a lady, also as kid on "Kid Cop" (teen girl rating 5), "Disappearance (2002)", teen girl rating 5). In fact 3 young men or older teens and an older man.

The guy on right wore blue Dickies. The two others are real workwear (painters), the white one (pointed bib ^ Joseph Sikora?) might be Dickies as well. Zeb Walton also wore a similar but blue pair in season 2.

Jeremy's bibs are rare and I haven't found the brand. The bib has 2 oval openings at their sides. The tag on the rear has a blue symbol (I think not a bell) and obviously one word, maybe starting with F, S or P, and maybe ending with y? (click to enlarge). There's another scene of 2 of them (not Jeremy) at 55.

The boy's brand (at 51) is also currently unknown. No pocket buttons. Rather simple pair. Good rear view. No tags. Movie is set in the 50s. The old man at 1h12 wore Carhartt.

There are now several some more movies and series (incl documentaries) about Gacy (needs to be checked).

The only confirmed teen I found but there's at least one more (with glasses). Not sure about the brand.

Currently online on TV5 Monde Plus (for free). I only checked this briefly. Also scenes in swimwear. Beach scenes, muddy scenes and cycling but I think none in bibs. Starring Vanessa Guedj ("Le grand chemin") pic 1 on right, probably not in bibs).

Not bad, but brief scenes. So rating 4-5.
