Thanks very much for this suggestion. I also found this during research for "Deadly Web" but haven't found Andy in bibs. He also wears other clothes like pants with suspenders. I also haven't noticed Matthew or Joey Lawrence in bibs. (Though there are some publicity pics of all brothers in bibs). I have checked some episodes (at high speed) but I think only medium bib scenes. Obviously fewer bibs scenes in season 2.

I like Andy Lawrence but not at this age and not with long hair. I prefer Matthew here looking similar as in Mrs. Doubtfire (1993). I have to check this again rating 4 due to the young age.

Pics showing are from s1e5, s1e4 (woman), s2e2 (strap down) and s2e4 also showing Matthew and the size/age difference (looking younger than 8or 9 for me in season 2). Not officially on DVD. Update 2025 Rating should be probably ~6

Schloss Einstein - s15e42

-+update- One teen girl in light blue colored bibs and dark striped rubber boots and also others in at least purple and yellow bibs. Unfortunately I missed the first half of this today's episode ep 730.

It will be rebroadcasted as usual tomorrow the same time (at 14.35).

So I will update (If not missed again). Maybe it's also available online.

I think it's one of the main girl actors, but I don't remember her name.

The scene is about a school project of bacteria in hay. She later wore regular clothes. Not sure about the age of the others in bibs or if boys in bibs.

The German series features some other teen boys and girls in bibs, shortalls, firefighter bibs etc. Though I have to add links to the main entry. Please try a blog search

Update: The girl pictures is called Constanze and is played by 14 yo Henrieke Fritz. 2 short scenes in bibs. The other one is inside the school building also showing her back which is even better. I still can't say if the other actors are teens or grown-ups as in the background and out of focus. But I think older teen girls (supporting actresses, not the regular students of this series).

Looks quite interesting and funny (looks like a scarecrow on pic 2). Originally I searched for clips of another series. I like these Sullivan movies and series ("Wind at My Back", rating 7, "Road to Avonlea", rating 7 (sailor suit blog 4/girl), "Anne of Green Gables (1985) sailor suit blog rating 5", "Looking for Miracles", rating 3).

Novel "Four Arrows Fe-As-Ko" by Randall Beth Platt, also starring Colette Stevenson, Aidan Devine and Shawn Ashmore. Gemini Award for best costumes.

Maybe there are even some more younger actors/actresses in bibs?

I have to check this again and hope for a soon broadcasting. Women smoking cigars reminds me of Nelly Frijda in Flodder.

Rating 2-3 for only (due to the age of the actors). Movie is probably higher. Maybe someone likes this. Pics are taken from the original trailer.

Info 183: blog search bugs, suggestions

Recently I encountered problems with the blog search function. Searching for The Waltons there were many entries missing. Some seconds later there were some more entries and today there are all entries. So keep this in mind and try it several times or use an advanced Google Web search (limited to this blog/website only). To check if a movie already exists view the A-Z list. The Waltons have many entries, not only for all seasons (except the 9th) but also some story and list entries and also many referrings on other movies.

Maybe this are only some minor bugs at some time. The blogspot blogs had much more problems, often showing no search results at all.

There also still might appear problems with the tag results. The same here. Therefor the new list and page entries.

Thanks again dbase1 for suggesting new and new movies and series. I think there's no need to approve these comments as they are mostly unrelated to the post where commented on. I will check all suggestions and add them very soon.

List 18: tight bibs in movies (f/m)

As announced after the most baggiest and rare colored  bibs now some/ the most tight bibs. I think tight bibs (in movies/feature films) are quite rare. Especially for boys and women. Maybe more often shown in East European movies (like other tight pants and shorts, also of boys). Other bibs are just too small or short. I have to check this again.

I also don't like too tight bibs (but of course depends on the actor/actress). I think like very baggy bibs they are not comfortable especially for doing sports, riding, cycling and similar activities.It also would be funny to photoshop baggy bibs in tight bibs and vice versa, but I don't have time for it and also has copyright issues. I did some photoshop on some PD pics, see the FSA picasa album. 

I can't list them all. Also do a blog search (tight, very tight).

Thanks for this suggestion. I like Andy Lawrence and he is even one of my favourite kid actors ("Family Tree (1999), rating 8, I also like "Horse Sense" and other movies, sadly no bibs scenes there.) Andy and his 2 older brothers Matthew and Joey are often depictured in bibs, mostly light blue. I couldn't find any clips or pics to use. Here are the best pics, also showing Gigi Rice and one more pic of the Lawrence brothers. I have saved some more showing all in bibs but didn't notice the source. There are many Lawrence fansites.

The movie seems quite interesting, though Andy looks quite strange with this glasses and also is very young. I have to check this again and hope for a soon broadcasting. But probably there are better (bib) movies.

Rating 4-5 for now. I also assume rather few bibs scenes (of both).

Update: Few good scenes around in the middle of the movie (woman at the beginning) and Andy is very young. So rating 4 was correct.

Non-blue bibs are often worn in the 90s by girls. Most different colors obviously in long series like 7th Heaven. Most colors are red and pink.

Had been aired yesterday, unfortunately I missed about the first half. Will be rebroadcasted on Oct. 17th and 23th on arte.

Quite interesting also riding scenes. But the boy often wears a jacket. It's quite rare and maybe anachronistic wearing blue jeans bibs or similar in the 1850s. Often they wear brown bibs, if any, and kids are also quite rare in Westerns. It also looks like Family Robinson. I have to recheck this again. Albee also starred in Gunsmoke, Lassie (1954, 1972 episodes), Tom Sawyer (1973) and The Family Holvak.

Rating 4 for now. The list entry coming next.

Update much fewer bibs scenes than thought. First occurence of this boy after 30 minutes. So rating 2-3 instead of 4

7th Heaven – S4e15, s4e16

Finally Lucy in some interesting bibs in some scenes in s4e15. First in beige or light khaki, a bit baggy bibs (she is working at a present for Ruthy in the Garage). Later also in rare 2 colored bibs. Light pink on the front and light beige at the back. Both bibs have a "pig tail" like loop at the back (like on the dark pink bibs in s3e11, see story 37. Maybe a special brand.

One little girl about 7 or 8 yo in blue bibs at a door in s4e16 (last pic below). Just this brief scene, no others in bibs.
