I found this by searching for new Rasputin movies for my sailor suit blog (I have a list there; list 20, with some more entries).
Bibs are not that bad, unusual mixed history/fantasy film with modern parts (time travel). But for the brief scene rating 3 only. Rather a teen film (for girls).
