Just found, briefly checked. From the German 16mm channel. I think dialogue free, looks almost like a classic silent film. Starring: Jimmy Ormrod, Susan Murray, Scott Decker, Kasim Saul, Patrick Stephenson, Frank Zaino, Kaity Bemis, Cassandra Bytz, Justin Matthews, Meg Church, Cosmo the Dog. 

Name of girl(s) unknown. Correct title: Frog, Where Are You?. Filmed/produced 1994.

There was a 13 minute sequel, same year called "Frog on His Own", maybe also having bibs scenes?
