Thanks very much Marc for several suggestions! This movie I found as well some days ago. Full view in official clip "Hör auf Hörnchen" (there are different clips).  

There will be 2 sequels. I don't like at all these kind of "animal" movies. I have to check the full movie later for amount and quality of scenes and maybe more actors. She also wore other clothes and obviously is sometimes an animal. A similar series is Die Schule der magischen Tiere. (Teen girls rating 5).

Rating ~4-5 for now. Bibs and actress seem quite good. But I assume few good scenes.
