Yesterday I did again some research. No more clips or VHS found. According the actress who played Louisa, this series had also been aired in Bulgaria on BNT (1 ?) by Tiber Network. She worked for both BNT and RAI (now living in Italy), so this should be right. The Bulgarian title is as assumed "Златните години". (Golden Years. Research is difficult).
Not sure about a Bulgarian VHS release, but maybe some (still) have records. Filmed in 1989-1991.
The non-dialogue Western "Bo Nan Za" (2024) by Andrey Getov starring a Georgi Lazarov (not sure if it's the same actor) is now available as stream and DVD. DVDs might not be in stock by the marketplace sellers but should be on Amazon (US). It would be interesting how he looks today (around 45 yo), if it's him. The movie also featuring a handsome boy. But probably no bibs scenes.
A Georgi Lazarov is also credited as driver on movie Alienation (2014) by Milko Lazarov (*1967). ~10 years older, might be a brother or relative.
On tiktok I found a georgi.lazarov77. 1977 could match the birthdate of the actor. But the guy is obviously much younger. And has a son instead of a daughter. Not sure if the fact of the daughter is correct but I doubt that there are more actors with that name in that city and the assumed daughter resembles him
