Story 91: Hunting bibs

From time to time I'm searching for ranch blogs and pics and sometimes I find pics showing hunting (mainly turkey hunt or duck hunt). Often they wear green camoflage clothes and bibs or coveralls. Some wear beige or light brown bibs. I always thought that they are ordinary bibs and it's just the color. But they are specially designed for hunting with some accessories and fabric.

Some are waterproof or completely out of nylon. Some have dark waterproof chaps and black elastic straps. Also loops for shells (below the bib pocket).

I haven't found a free pic, so I just colorized one of mine.

I haven't seen those bibs in movies (maybe there are some documentaries) although there are some movies involving hunting. Another special purpose bibs are fishing bibs. But I don't like those rubber pants with a short bib.

Update: Few good scenes starting at 28 minutes (pictured), 33 minutes and later. Also farm work (set in NZ) outside hay work. Bibs with a long stretchable white suspender on the back and a belt. But she's very thin.

Probably I also have seen this series in the late 90s, but can't remember it. Also on YouTube.

Good plot and interesting series, but the girl is too young.

I haven't seen the complete movie just checked at high speed.

Probably it's rather a jeans dress. And most scenes are with a jacket.

Still being aired. I missed the beginning. But only this 2 brief scenes.

Not bad, rating 4-5 for now.

On TV: Down to You (2000)

Now on German RTL. At least a young girl in bibs at around 20 minutes.

I hope for more scenes and that I find pics.

ABC Afterschool Special s8e7 (I recently found it by coincidence on YouTube, scene at 33 minutes.)

I like this and the other Afterschool series (f/m) and I already have some other entries (partly under ABC.. , partly under the movie name, also check the different CBS series). One is still on my rare movies list, one more entry with pic coming soon. From time to time there are new uploads on YouTube but often they got deleted fast.

I haven't seen this movie at slow speed. So I can't say much more. Did the other girl wear bibs or shortalls as well?

Somehow I don't like tight bibs, flared legs and thin girls. And I think few scenes only.

Rating 4-5 for now. Update Now rating 6-(7). More scenes than assumed but mainly of Melora.

Book 43: Robert Newton Peck: Nine Man Tree

I'm still busy but I have almost completely read this book. I liked his Soup series (including good drawings), I also have an entry about the book TRIG (tomboy) and I also own the famous book A Day No Pigs Would Die. (I have to recheck that sometime).

There's a shirtless blond teen boy in bibs on the cover but I think the boy is younger (around 10 yo) in the novel.
