I found this by checking the Polish series Trzy szalone zera (rating 7).
Probably I also have seen this series in the late 90s, but can't remember it. Also on YouTube.
Good plot and interesting series, but the girl is too young.

Notice the middle image on the bottom row with Doug wearing blue overalls. I have scoured all the episodes that he appears in and I cannot find this episode. It appears that this image takes place during one of the locker room gag scenes. You ever had any luck finding this scene or episode? Maybe our combined efforts can make it possible to find where this comes from. Thanks.

Must be from an early 1982 episode. In ep 29 Popularity he wears bibs and that shirt. I haven't checked if it includes that locker scene.
