-Comment: I think Hideko Takamine (1924-2010) in blue(?) bibs, abit short (7/8th), backside simple suspenders only, also wearing glasses and a beret (as an artist/painter ?) and also singing the famous title song with the same name. Probably also at least one man in bibs.
I found this during research for sailor fuku movies for my other blog. Aka Ginza Kankan Girl (Ginza Can-Can Girls or Ginza Street Girl), original title "銀座カンカン娘".
I don't know this complete movie and I don't like these bibs, but it was maybe quite rare wearing bibs for a woman in these days.
