Picket Fences - s4e5

Rather few and brief scenes of Zach sitting on the floor (left and right view, other angle a bit more close up) and standing up at ~33 minutes. A very brief close-up scene while standing up. Bibs are quite baggy. I used to have a pic of the other angle and headshot on the main entry and 1st update, but they were lost/replaced after the migration.

Very good but very brief. So rating ~5-6 for this.

-Comment: Vilne Konstancija Abukeviciute in long red bibs. I think cotton bibs with large buttons on her left side only, reaching till the top. And a thin large flower on it. Also a man sitting in green working bibs (in a tractor).

The girl also lying on grass at least on her back. 

I haven't seen the full movie yet. Pic from the trailer. I assume many scenes, but she also wore other clothes including a pink skirt.

Rating ~4 for now. I prefer blue bibs. Movie itself (plot probably touching) maybe a bit higher.

Correct title: Drugelio širdis. English title: A Butterfly's Heart. I haven't found a DVD, yet.

One episode earlier showing young males in blue working bibs in ep Fachkraft für Rohr-, Kanal- und Industrieservice (but not as good). Probably more in other episodes.

Has just been aired (2 episodes each Monday morning on ARD alpha, often one mainly for boys and one for girls). Some settings are interesting (most set in Bavaria). Some jobs are weird. Some episodes are many years old. I don't know all episodes. Available on the br mediathek.

Info 1563: View-Master, 3D movies

I have some posts about virtual reality (and other topics like smells) and I recently bought a View-Master and some reels. There are many reel sets, especially of TV series of the 70s and 80s. You have 7 stereo slide pairs per reel and almost all series have 3 reels.

I currently only know The Waltons and Kidsongs showing bibs. I think different episodes each. I don't have either of them (as rare outside the US). The Waltons ("The Separation") has this scene (I have a post here) and Kidsongs has Matthew Bartilson sitting on a tree in Country-Sing-Along (song: Country Kid. I used to have that pic here). There's also reels of Tom Sawyer (1973) and another set showing Huck Finn (same movie). I think few scenes as well.

The 3-D effects are very good, but 1st there are very few good bibs scenes and 2nd actors with bibs are often in the background, so no good 3D effect of the overalls themselves.

There was a digital View-Master for Iphones, but they stopped that service and I don't know what pics they had.

It's possible to make own reels. But you need people wearing bibs.

There are also 3D movies/BD. I own some, but I think no notable movies. I only remember a very brief scene of The Mortician (2011), boy.

Another rating 4 re-upload. 12 or 13 yo Donald O'Conner in faked, patched costume bibs with no rear part and faked shirt. I previously also had a rear view, but no need for re-uploading that (there's a white upper part and not even straps).

Picket Fences - s3e20 + s3e22

 

Some more scenes of girls. Pic 1 a black girl dancing on stage in s3e22 and a girl walking in s3e20. Both scenes are short. In s3e20 there's also Kimberly in a dark green (almost black) bibs-like dress near the end.

I also found a young black girl sitting in white bibs in s4e4 (coming later).

Doctor Who (2005) - s12e3

 

Green haired Lewin Lloyd ~13 yo in dark brown bibs with beige bib pocket. Several scenes including sitting. But with an open jacket. Has been aired yesterday. 2020 episode Orphan 55.

Considered on YouTube as worst episode ever. The monsters (Dregs) aren't that bad. I don't like the female Doctor and prefer David Tennant. Season 4 has been aired before that. There were some few boys before (mainly in historical episodes) but this is the first, I noticed in bibs.

Handsome boy but due to the jacket rather few good scenes. So rating ~4-5.

-Comment: An interesting b&w movie to be released (in theaters) probably in February 2023 (no entry on IMDb yet). Filmed and/or set in Vermont. Similar movie like The Summer of Walter Hacks (f/m rating 8), same director. His son also starred in The Summer of Walter Hacks. That movie now should be released on DVD (announced in ~2020, but still isn't, update in late 2024 I found an offer on a shop site).

There are some pics on the companies website (hangingmudflapproductions), showing the boy (distance) and the teen girl (milking and other sitting scene). I have seen some extracts (but with grown-ups only). The movie is also about the war but I still assume many good farm scenes.

So needs to be rechecked later. (Soon post to not forget it). Update: In 2025 I found a different official trailer with some scenes showing bibs.

Rating ~6-7 for now.
