I found it some time ago as a YouTube recommendation, I think for "Fferm Fach".
I haven't checked all episodes/seasons. Main series is called just Jen a Jim. Mixed media. Filmed around Cardiff. Kids of 1st seasons are Zach, Madog, Martha, Awen.
