-Comment: Chloe and Zoe Tempest-Jones in blue bibs (full length), pictured. They played 10 yo twins, but they were born in 1988 so they might be 14 or 13 depending on when it was filmed.

Bestselling novel by Jacqueline Wilson and there is an interactive book DVD called "The Jacqueline Wilson Trilogy" with 100 minutes Double Act (+book texts and docus and Interactive mom). But I'm not sure if this is really this movie or just audio. According to IMDb this movie is 120 minutes. (Often IMDb includes times of commercials).

I don't know this complete movie, but looks quite good. And pigtails, obviously red hair and twins. A video recommendation of "Home Farm Twins" (see that entry, rating 6).
I didn't had the time to watch it completely yet, but rating 6 for now. Medium or fewer bib scenes assumed. Probably also farm/rural content where they moved to. Not sure if maybe other actors in bibs.
