Probably a very good family series set on a farm. Children books series (20 books) by Jenny Oldfield. (I usually searched for farm books and so found this series). Directed by John Dover.
Also acting at least one boy, but I don't know if in bibs.
Have to check again. Pic is from a fan clip and must be from ep. 4.03. Rating 5-6 for now. However I assume medium or fewer bib scenes as they mostly wore skirts.
