–Comment: Samory Ba in blue bibs (scene at 1h20) and a woman in her 30s in light blue bibs at 1h18. Both scenes are very short. Bibs are quite baggy and bib at low position (of both). One other woman in a blue bibslike dress and one shorthaired blond boy (Jim Redler) in pants with suspenders. According to a pic also a girl ~8-10 yo in light blue bibs or shortalls.

Thanks db1 for pointing out that a pic (frenchyoungactor blog) is from this movie. I haven't found the lawn scene with the yellow shirt (must be short as well).

Bibs, especially of Samory are good, but very brief scenes so rating 4-5 only.

I only noticed few scenes and I prefer blue bibs. Also starring Erwan Baynaud as main character, I think in the red shirt ("L'enfant sage", see my bedroom blog).

Rating 4 only.

Jim Knopf - Jim Button (stage plays) f/m

Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivführer (Jim Button and Luke the Engine Driver) is a famous German novel by Michael Ende and a famous marionette play of the 1970s and later an animation series. The first live-action movie "Jim Button" is scheduled for 2017 but probably will be delayed again. The shooting should start this March, previously announced for 2013. I don't think that there will be Jim Knopf shown in overalls (if so then probably very few scenes at the end). He is neither shown in bibs in the marionette play nor in the animated series. Few facts are known yet anyway.

But there are several stage plays, some showing the black boy Jim in overalls. Sometimes Jim is played by a woman.

Pic 1 is from a stage play in Mannheim (2008 or earlier, taken from Wikimedia) pic 2 is from a YouTube clip by the Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Bayern. So probably a Bavarian lady.  Quite interesting and there are many more plays and clips online.

There's one handsome kid looking like a boy but is a girl, main character Stéph, played by Léa François (not in bibs). Riding scenes but not in bibs.

I think rather few scenes of the girl in bibs and a very brief scene of the woman (also completely shown but from a distance).

There are better episodes, so rating 3-4 only.

–Comment: I think this is Joseph Main in the 2000 episode s5e15 in rare, medium blue non-jeans synthetic shortalls. Almost looking like Lederhosen. Set in Ancient Greece, though a different location here, this is the earliest appearing of shortalls yet.

Quite funny, especially his hair consisting of sea anemones, but somehow no real overalls.

Rating 3. Few scenes and he's also very young.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997)

I don't like these kind of series. Plot might be good but actors are too old. Actress and bibs aren't that bad though.

Update: Many scenes, mainy Willow, different colors but mainly dark blue. Also sitting and Sarah Michelle Gellar in great quite baggy faded bibs in ~3 episodes. Also a supporting actress in shortalls. Several other colors in update 2.

Bibs seem a bit too short and I only noticed few scenes (obviously I missed some at the beginning with the white shirt).

There are definitely better episodes.

Quite interesting but typical 80s movie.

Interesting plot but very brief scene. I found it by coincidence by searching for something unrelated. Maybe more actors in bibs in other episodes/seasons?

–Comment: Dutch band (De) Snotneuzen, in Germany called (Die) Rotznasen (-Bande), later (maybe around 2002 ?) called "Eurokids" made some good clips. Similar music (partly rock and pop) like Kinderen voor Kinderen. On the CD covers there are boys and girl depicted in bibs. Blond boy in white and or beige bibs a girl in beige bibs, at least 2 boys and a girl in blue bibs, also with the bib down. Unfortunately very few bibs scenes in the clips.

Pis 1 is from song "De lege stoel" (Der leere Stuhl) with a girl in blue bibs, pic 2 is from "Je weet maar nooit" (Eurokids,2002 also on DVD) with an older black boy in blue bibs (one strap down). I haven't found any more.

Some very handsome and blond boys with bowlcuts. A girl and a boy with dental braces. Also beach scenes in swimwear. My favourite song is "Mir gefällt nur Rock'n Roll" (Ik wil alleen maar rock and roll). There is a VHS and also a 2003 DVD titled Eurokids but also with earlier songs (not sure if the same kids and earlier clips).

For bibs scenes in the clips previously rating 2-3 only. Update: I found the blond boy rating ~6-7, very brief scene, front view only, also another boy, now rating 5.
