I haven't checked it carefully and don't remember much.

Maybe a typical (but good) Afterschool movie with several teens f/m in bibs.

Next to older and black men also this older teen boy in bibs. Scene at the very end of the movie.

I have checked some parts online but don't have the time to check it completetly at slow speed (available on DasErste mediathek only one more day).

I still haven't found women in bibs. Straps coming from the number bib signs. Also older men in Lederhosen. Alpine setting.

Update: Night of the Hunter (1991)

I recently found a much better clip of this remake (previously rated 4).

The teen boy doesn't appear overweighted. Also a good rear view. The 8 yo girl also wearing bibs but currently no pics.

The b&w classic with a younger boy is of course much better and more famous but I have to check the complete remake.

Rating now maybe 5-6.

I can't say much more. I usually don't watch these romances and don't remember much of it.

Maybe a tag shirtless or women with short hair would be useful.

Thanks for this suggestion. 18 yo Malcolm-Jamal Warner as Theo in 1989 episode Surf's Up s6e2 in tight black or dark blue bibs. Also one strap down and also sitting. I thought I already had this.

Webfind: Boy scouts in overalls and bow tie

Two 1938/39 boy scouts in bibs. One hickory striped, one regular.

Probably also other interesting vintage photos (like YMCA), sports but also another overalls scouts (1908) but in worse quality, also 1920s 4-H. (I haven't checked the complete blog).

I haven't found other streaming clips with better pics. So I have to recheck the complete movie later. I think it's only available on VHS and paid streaming.

Very handsome but young boy. And I like French movies.

Not sure about the amount and quality of bibs scenes. I fear for rather medium or few (good) scenes.
