I found 2 versions, both in very poor quality. Pic 1, 10'30 from "ATLAS FILMS PRESENTS: Mickey McGuire in "Rodeo"" (ca 1927). Pic 2, shorter, watermarked version from "Mickey McGuire Rodeo, 1920's - Film 17309" (HuntleyFilmArchives). There are some boys in bibs including sitting.
I haven't found any info about a movie called Rodeo. Both claimed it's a film called Rodeo. I think this is Mickey's Northwest Mounted (1929). Stinky invites, rodeo, goat. That should be 20 minutes (according Wikipedia) if complete. 2 reels, silent. Rating ~4-5 for now.
I still hope for remastered releases.
