I found some more scenes, but most are confirmed from movie Bloody Birthday (1981) aired earlier on same channel. One more scene, showing the teen boy, probably the main character in bed including a tune. Rambo poster and an acoustic guitar at the wall. I have uploaded a clip, as there's a larger audience on YouTube. Due to the late tape this must have been aired in 1992 or 1991. Maybe a rebroadcast of an 80s series.
