During research for the 2000 TV movie, I found this one on YouTube. Drama about a gymnast having an accident. Main character is 15 yo Veronique, I think it's the other girl. Maybe the girl in bibs is the younger sister Angèle played by Camille Dos Santos.
I think rather few (good) scenes. I prefer jeans fabric.
Rating ~3-4.
English title would be Little Sister. Correct title Petite sœur.
