I wasn't sure if teen girl Tally really is shown in bibs/shortalls but now I found another, better screenshot on the producer's blog confirming it showing her washing a car (with open jacket, see link below). Bibs are tight.
There's one young teen boy (Alfie) who might wearing bibs as well or maybe coveralls. Hard to tell from this pic with almost closed jacket (but probably not).
Girl is not shown completely but I assume long bibs. But obviously few/very few scenes. In total, the teens are shown ~30 minutes, but she mainly wore something else. Her real name might be different but probably is credited on the DVD. I first thought that she might also appear on Lighthouse/Headlight/Highlight 4, but as that in set in the US, there are obviously other teens.
