I found this in 2017 but haven't made an entry.
Novel by Vera and Bill Cleaver (Newbery Award).
Quite good setting but due to her age ~rating 3 only. Also rather few scenes. School scenes but I think no bibs scenes there. I think 70s setting what is quite late and untypical.
