After my western and pre 1900s list I made this list of movies and series with setting between 1910 and 1939. So during and between the wars and the Great Depression. Mainly farm settings. 1910s-1920 are almost all entries. In the 30s I excluded some entries mainly with women. I thought that I had much more movies in the 30s.
Some good movies between 1901 and 1909 (like Rascal) are missing. I think I have very few for that decade. (Also 1900s: Songcatcher, Road to Avonlea, The Twilight Zone 1959, ABC Afterschool Specials: The Ransom of Red Chief, Stone Fox).
Sometimes the exact year of setting is unknown or covering more years or even decades. I haven't sorted the list.
