As announced another update.

Unfortunately, I haven't found the close-up scene of the main entry, so I can't make a larger pic. Adam Rich is small and looks much younger than 12 yo. Obviously filmed earlier.

Update: The Further Adventures of the Wilderness Family

Brielfy rechecked at high speed. Next to Ham Larsen in light blue bibs (pic 1 at 23 minutes, also at 9) theres also Susan Damante, the mom in tight light blue bibs (pic 2 sitting at 32 minutes) and in dark blue bibs pic 3 at 44 minutes.

College of Education Alumni Association of San Jose State University, and the San Jose Historical Museum, California. Produced by Sam Koplowicz. YouTube clip is 5 minutes short. Not sure if there's a longer version. No entry on IMDb.

Not sure about the exact time setting of this photo. 1890s or around 1930s ? Also later setting shown (no bibs).

Info: Post Battle Game - boy vs girl #1

Yesterday, I noticed in the top posts (#9+10), Pamela Großer (Neues vom Süderhof, but pic from the Females-subpage) next to the boy in faded shortalls from Wee Sing (pic 1). As both bibs are faded blue and both are headshots and due to the face expressions, I had the idea to make a "Boy vs Girl contest".

I probably don't have enough visitors who would vote, so I have to use the stats. The "Top posts and pages" are displayed automatically and I think are dynamically calculated from the last 24-48 hours. I currently have 3,619 posts and ~400 views a day by ~100 visitors but very few hits.

On Apr 24, the female subpage had just 5 hits, Wee Sing 4 hits. Top post had just 8 hits, home page and archive 194 hits.

And it's unfair to compare a list, prominently linked on top with a single, but updated post of a boy in shortalls. The list is not just about this girl, same for Wee Sing who has boys and girls. So it's better to compare a longer period. Another problem is, that new posts/movies have fewer hits (but more attention).

My 2nd idea was to compare baggy bibs ("Ready or Not" and The Enid Blyton Secret Series), both older posts and series. The boy won (alltime 273 against 190), but also has a girl.

Row 3 comparing Cebollitas, in the last 30 days. Pic 1 from post "Ep 25-34" (22 hits) against Fede in ep 73 (17 hits). Old post. (Sitting) Girl won. Main Fede list has 426 hits alltime, main entry 1,380, the next (girl) post 293. So still unclear.

Then I wanted to know if Jim-Bob in season 3 or in season 7 is more popular. I choose season 3 update 5 against season 7 update 7, in both no girls. In 2018 the season 3 post had 6 hits, season 7 had 18 hits. Post of season 3 is older and had (at the beginning and in total) four times more hits. In 2019 1 hit each.

I have to think about this and the rules. Maybe I make (another) quiz with later solution. I don't remember all my posts and pics, so hard to decide what to compare. Maybe I wait for some good pics in the top posts.

Info 1046: The Waltons - alltime stats

First, I had an idea yesterday about a post battle game (coming next). I've checked some stats and so, first some alltime stats about The Waltons. The Jim-Bob (1,413 hits) list even has much more hits than the main Waltons entry (888, created in 2011). And Jim-Bob has more hits than Mary Ellen (1,397). Same for just the last year.

Both lists were posted in Oct 2013. But Mary-Ellen has some more separate (story) posts. And I have many (update) posts about seasons and episodes which have both boys and girls. So it's still unclear who is more popular.

The new stats functions allows detailed views about every single post in different periods, even daily stats and week percentage comparison. But as said, many posts have more than 1 pic and/or pics with 2 or more persons. And I don't have clickable pics anymore.

Wee Sing: Wee Sing Train

Some more and better pics.

Pic 1 is from "Clap your Hands, Touch Your Toes" with the blonde boy in dark green bibs (also sitting). Pics 2+3 are from "Wee Sing Train", a girl in light green shortalls and lady in blue bibs (Jennifer Moore as Farmer Fran ?). Also recently added on my Pigtails blog, rating 6. Pic 4 is the boy in light blue shortalls from "Oh When the Saints". Pics 1+4 maybe not from Wee Sing Train.

There's also a man in clown-style bibs in "Who Stole the Cookies From the Cookie Jar".

I have briefly checked all or most songs and haven't found other/better scenes/kids. Kids are also very young.

Book 84: Lanciostory Piu’ #42 1992

I forgot to mention this one. Cover depicting a lady in shortalls. Looks like an adult comic but piu is the kids' issue, included in the Lanciostory comics. Not sure which of the 4 included comics this is. Or maybe just the cover pic by Flores.

Book 83: Horacio Altuna: Charlie Moon (Comic)

By coincidence, I've found this interesting 1979 Argentinian comic. Text by Carlos Trillo, illustrations by Horacio Altuna. Main character is a freckled, blonde teen boy (around 15 yo) depicted most of the time in blue bibs set in the late 1930s, USA. 5 substories, pages are b&w. Re-released also later in collections and also published next to Spanish at least in Italian (Lanciostory Piu' #6 1993).

Quite interesting for the 70s but the plots could be better. In fact, no need to buy this. Physical editions are hard to find anyway outside Spain.

The image quality is stills quite poor, but this is the best I've found (on dailymotion) and maybe the DVDs available of this 1973 movie are not (much) better. Many scenes are also darklit.

Not sure about the beige bibs, maybe these were the hickory striped ones from a distance. Also soon on my bedroom blog.

One boy in dark bibs (pic 3) but even fewer shown and from a distance. I think also one younger boy in a striped shirt with both straps down. But not sure as most clothes are ripped.

I only noticed one longer scene at around 16-19 minutes. At 56 minutes he's also sitting (from a distance) and a very young boy walking in dark bibs and a pointed paper hat pulling the magic sawing boxes.

Quite interesting and I like classics, but rather few (good) scenes, so rating ~4 only.

Nice historical clothes, but few bibs scenes. Rather typical period and War movie. I don't like Brad Pitt. 1 Oscar.

Info 1038: Road to Avonlea - unknown boy Tyler Labine?

Tyler Labine, brother of Kyle Labine (see main entry) is only credited in 2 episodes including s3e3 Another Point of View (pic 1 as Alphie Bugle, not wearing bibs). Is this the same boy as in pic 2 (S3e4 “When She Was Bad, She Was Horrid, Part 1”)? s3e3 has been aired later and maybe was filmed later. Or maybe their brother Cameron? There are few (unidentified) boys at school. Different seating order in both episodes.
