–Who in bibs: Billy ~10, man
–Available on DVD: yes
–I own: no
–Bib occurrence: medium ?
–Rating: 4/10 ?
–Rating: ****
–Comment: At least one boy, I think Richard Eyer in probably hickory striped bibs and there's also a girl around 10 yo in bibs (not sure if in this film as well looks like the 2nd girl from left on pic 3 below, at least in "Ma and Pa Kettle Go to Town" (rating 3) and in other movies). Farm and partly other settings. Also men in bibs at least in some movies. Update: The girl wore a dress.
Intersting movie series with some very good other scenes and handsome boys (boy in regular jeans, slingshot scene sitting in "Ma and Pa Kettle" 1949, maybe 12 yo Teddy Infuhr ?). They have 15 kids but around half of them are older/grown-ups and half of them girls, so around 4 younger boys, 2 of them very young.
Good and funny scenes, also on my bedroom blog ("Ma and Pa Kettle", rating 5).
Movie series consists of 10 movies from 1947-1957 with different actors for one character. Most famous next to Eyer probably Teddy Infuhr then Donald MacDonald and Jon Gardner all as Benjamin.
The complete DVD box is probably worth buying but maybe too expensive to import outside the US. Ma&Pa Kettle 1949 is available on archive.org in good quality. I still have to check some others, most aren't available on the standard streaming sites.
For this movie rating 4-5 only (for bibs scenes).
