I don't know/don't remember this movie but there should be few bibs scenes. They aren't bad to me, but he is very young. I have to check this complete movie later.

Also starring Jena Malone, Scotty Leavenworth (7th Heaven, later episodes, I like him there) and Kristin Scott Thomas. Rated R.

Another rating 10 on my Lederhosen blog (I bought TV series "Heidi und Erni" on DVD starring Heidi Kabel. Also at least a woman (Mariele Millowitsch), a toddler and I think a man in bibs, and lots of others in tight shorts etc) still watching it, entry here coming soon).

Rating 4-5 for now.

Update: I have briefly checked the complete movie and only found a brief scene at 56 minutes (pic 2). And I couldn't found pic 1. He's very small. So rating 4 was correct.
