I think this is 13 or 14 yo Kirsten Storms in s2e16 of 7th Heaven. Bibs seem very baggy, but can hardly be seen as she is holding books in front of her chest. Or she's just too thin. I don't know of any other/better scenes with her. I also don't remember why I haven't uploaded this pic before, maybe because there's nothing much to see. There's also Julie Marie Berman in baggy beige bibs (and braces) in this season s2e5 (see season 2 entry).

Also funny to see young Simon with longer hair. They are invited to a party and Laura (Kirsten Storms) is known as a good kisser.
