Sorry, I also don't know/don't remember this movie. Quite interesting plot (about child abuse and her arrested mother), also starring Felicity Huffman, Megan Fahlenbock and Chelcie Ross.

But probably there are better movies. I have to check this again the next broadcasting. Due to the young age of the girl, rating 4 for now. One clip with Huffman on YouTube, but no bib scenes.
