-Comment: I think a teen girl (probably Lacey Chabert, unpictured) and obviously also a younger girl in blue bibs and black rubber boots (pictured, maybe Canadian Sophie Bennett). One good pic of Chabert in bibs (or shortalls?) is this (not sure if from this movie).

Sorry, I don't know/don't remember this movie and I think it's quite rare and not on DVD yet (as many TV movies).
Also starring Gregory Harrison, Larissa Laskin and Maurice Godin. Novel "Mother's Day" by Patricia MacDonald.
I can't say much more. Might be an exciting film. Have to be updated the next broadcasting. No trailers.
