Have to check again. Partly set in the 1940s (but bibs in the 90s). Filmed in Wisconsin. Also starring 12 yo. Jeffrey Sharmatt (pic below) and Jason Hervey (The Wonder Years). No trailer at YouTube, but IMDb. Good family film. I assume medium bib scenes. Sawyer might be 13, also not sure about farm content.
