I found this flickr user (uwabakiboy) who has good paintings (boys and girls) which he painted himself and will write a book and perhaps even make a film of it but he claimed that perhaps he won't (images are from 2009). My favourite is shown in the link below (looks like a farm girl with pigtails and standard fixed braces), also other very good girl with a headgear (dental brace around the head). Most overalls images are at the tag braces from this user or at mypaintings (not tag painting or overalls).
