Searching for 2 other movies/series without pics starring Courtland Mead, I just found this by coincidence. He appeared in all 31 episodes, but probably not always in bibs. One better pic (stock photo) on sitcomsonline.

A very rare series. Luckily, I found this clip. But he's quite young.

–Comment: At least Ajiona Alexus in black shortalls and a sleeveless shirt. Maybe Gabrielle Union in light blue shortalls as well (at least on a publicity pic on her facebook site together with Ajiona Alexus in the same clothes like in the movie).

I've seen a trailer of this movie, new in theatres by coincidence as an ad on YouTube (searching for something completely different, not even a movie).

I can't say much more, yet. I assume rather few scenes of the shortalls.

Needs to be rechecked later.

And another update. This time 12 yo tomboy Kelsey Keel (bib at low position). Also men in bibs. Nice rear view and 50s farm setting, but I wonder why there are no boys in bibs.

–Comment: An interesting documentary about Our Gang. It features many short films between the 1920s and 1940s but mainly of the 1930s (and later commentary). Some of the movies, I already have, so just 2 other scenes.

Pic 1 probably showing Leonard Landy in probably light blue, but white appearing bibs. Unknown movie but must be around ~1940. He's also shown in the colorized movie Waldo's Stand (currently rating 2 but needs to be upgraded) with a hat. Some actors and movies are hard to identify. He died one year ago.

Pic 2 (new pic 1) at 1h14 showing Robert Blake as Mickey in "Unexpected Riches" (1942) Don't Lie (1942) sitting in dark blue bibs (small bib) with Spanky on the left. Also some more good scenes including standing.

2 more pics of Jamie Bick showing a bit more of her bibs including the rear view (legs cuffed up).

I don't like much the straps on the rear and probably the fabric is not new raw denim anymore (appears faded especially on the bib pocket at least in the sunlight, maybe a 2nd pair or later washed?). But many good scenes including cycling. The movie is quite weak, though.

–Comment:  At least Liam de Vries in dark blue non-jeans bibs. Farm/zoo/hay content also riding (on the giraffe) and sliding down that back. Also at least a man in working bibs, maybe more actors like at the zoo including women? I think also girls in coveralls.


I don't know the complete movie, yet. Maybe a quite good and funny family film, but I don't like this boy and he's too young anyway.

Directed by Barbara Bredero ("Mees Kees"). English title My Giraffe.

And still another update. I hoped to find a clip in better image quality, but I haven't found any, although available on DVD. Maybe the DVD of this 1980 movie has no better quality. So just some new pics of the main character. Walking with hands in pockets, rear view and sitting.

Another movie completely rechecked. And one much better pic of this lady (hands in pockets and pigtails), looking even younger, and also showing the man in bibs.

Nice farm setting and quite good movie, but I don't like this overweighted woman and unfortunately no other, younger actors in bibs.

And yet another update. There are many different bibs and shortalls of Gabriella Boni. I prefer the long, faded blue bibs. Pic 1 showing skirtalls, also a lady (probably 32 yo Michele Greene) in a long, bibs-like dress. Pic 2 a sitting scene on a lap.
