Spider Noir - episode 3 with good scenes around 20 minutes and 25 minutes. Boy character Frankie. Also various short scenes in other episodes, usually wearing an open jacket.
The Institute, episodes 2 and 3. Teen girl. Also some coverall scenes including a younger boy. Various background characters union suits in later episodes.
