I first found on YouTube Locusts (1974) starring Ron Howard and a man in bibs, coming next. I then found a YouTube short with this content.
I think few/very few good scenes, fast action. Also at least grown-ups in white protective coveralls.
Rating ~4-(5) for now. Movie itself higher, probably ca 7.
There are some (better) publicity pics on her IMDb page being older in tight stone washed bibs.
