After finding Der grüne Berg (1990 set in the late 80s, at least a boy probably in bibs rating 3), also part of the DVD trilogy Fredi M. Murer - Die Berg-Trilogie, I found this. The 3rd one is a feature film "Höhenfeuer". He also did Vitus in 2006.

I don't know the full movie. Kids in the trailer are very young.

Rating ~2-3 for now. Documentary might be interesting though. Remastered in 2015 (and or 2025). Swiss title: Wir Bergler in den Bergen sind eigentlich nicht schuld, dass wir da sind.
