Another rating 3 re-upload. Rating was 3-4. Drake Bell (*1986) as Hillbilly Eenie in Hillbilly Moment segments barefooted and shirtless in faded, quite baggy bibs and a straw hat, usually grabbing his own straps. Also girl and lady. I had some more but poor pics. Pic 1 on left Amanda Bynes (not in bibs). I think pic 1 from ep 5 (probably s1e5), Drake ~13 yo. I still haven't seen all episodes. But I doubt that I would give rating 4.
