Next to the 4 yo twin brothers (pic re-uploaded, previously rating 3), I yesterday found this girl (looking like a boy) must be Reagan Kotz (*1981) as niece Katy. Pic from s1e1. Also sitting, side view. Long bibs. Gene Wilder sitting and standing in bibs at least in ep 7 (archive.org).
Originally I was searching for "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" (f/m also coming soon).
I found few clips in fact only 2 of the 15 episodes. Rating now at least 5.
