–Comment: 10 yo Tahj Mowry (*1986) at the intro and some (few) episodes in faded bibs. The only I found (checking few episodes) is in s2e17 (sleeping in bibs and shoes and sitting). Older teen boys/young men Jason Weaver (1979) and Omar Gooding (1976) in different (working) bibs eg in s1e7 (non-jeans).
I also found at least this lady (Essence Atkins ? *1972) at least in s2e10 (pic 2) and s2e17 in olive bibs latter one without jacket. A white short haired lady in dark blue shortalls or similar in s3e11 ( Tinsley Grimes ?, link below). Also TJ and others in red shorts and good plot.

Obviously few good scenes. Teen boys way too old, young boy too young and thin (in season 1).
First I considered rating 2(-3) for the intro but then found s2e17 and now give rating ~3-4. Maybe 4 or more.
During research I found a young girl (Raven-Symoné), a lady (Sandra Quarterman) and young boy, teen boy (Rashaan Nall) and men (young man in longer white shortalls) in Hangin' with Mr. Cooper (1992). Coming soon, pics on IMDb.
