I have briefly checked seasons 4+5 and final episode of season 3. He appeared in some few more episodes. And in different rare blue bibs, overlapping straps. Pic from s5e4. I think same pair in s5e4.
Probably no need for checking the earlier seasons. (Although few and quite shirt episodes).
