I have uploaded episode 28 starring Tobias Schenke (pictured, also in orange 7/8th jeans and Teakwondo suit). Only 2 older men in working bibs at 1 and 14. But nice actor and plots. Rating ~2-3 for the bibs scenes. Episode a bit higher. Good plots and nice settings as usual. Her mum is dead but her dad didn't tell her. No boy actors in this ep. I don't know/don't recall all episodes. There might be more bibs scenes.
I have rewinded with force and have now the full movie. There was about 6 minutes missing. I haven't re-recorded the intro. This is in clip 1/2. It continues on clip 1 at 12'50.
No more notable bibs scenes (Jerry but in a closed Jacket). This is mainly for the plot and the better audio. Now with 10% compression in DScaler. Video is still great but audio is a bit poor. Previously in VirtualDub, the pitch changed after 30 seconds.
There's also music detected, next to the intro (il volo(1) here a scene at the beginning a flight szene (azione 2). On the composers (Carlo Siliotto) website there's a record company mentioned for a release (1990) but I haven't found any. Surprisingly that even YouTube knows this.

–Comment: At least a lady in simple shortalls and also long bibs in s1e3 Unterwegs auf der Panamericana (Abenteuer Freiheit) , s1e1721 (ZDF Expedition). Has been aired on Dec 29 on Phoenix. Not available there but on the 3sat mediathek. I only have checked this briefly. Handsome kids. Ep is 45 minutes. Other episodes are about other people and other locations. There is a DVD Terra X Edition Vol 15.

I found another clip of episode 7 and now also of ep 5 and uploaded it. No bibs scenes though but nice shiny swim shorts. And some more dialogues. As said, I have another broadcast of this (which might be longer and in better quality) but haven't found it yet.
I now found one codec working (IV 5.01) and chose another capture software DScaler, the sound is quite poor. But at least the pitch is stable and I can record longer clips. I tried 90% quality maybe I have to increase that. The image quality is quite good, some are even better than my older captures. This video was recorded in Long play. (Cassette K1).
