–Comment: I think Svenja Jung in bibs (*1993, pic 1 near the beginning), also a young girl, probably Thurid Funck but I think in a bibs-like dress.
I have seen mainly some parts near the beginning and major parts near the end. Probably only few scenes at the beginning. Based on an autobiographical novel. Main character is a 10 yo boy (not in bibs).
Rating 3-4. Movie itself much higher ~7. Also some young boys in I think red shiny Soccer shorts.
After that there was a documentary about it but I haven't seen that.
