Sometimes combined with purple rubber boots.
Also Jordan Cramond ~16 or 17 yo in white working bibs (Felix didn't mention), unknown episode same as girl in light yellow, at a play (IMDb).
Another suggestion from Felix. Thanks! Both seasons can be watched on BBC's site (within the UK only). I only watched one full episode and found no scenes except the intro (pic 1).
I assume rather few /few good scenes. There are some publicity pics with her in long dark blue bibs and coveralls. She also appeared in a NatWest commercial. Based on a 2003 book.
