Comment: A pigtailed girl (Amelia Bradley) in stone washed OshKosh bibs. Also sitting (like at 10 minutes) kneeing rear view at 19 and cycling (at 16). Several scenes but also with a closed jacket. Combs in the bib pocket. Pics at ~30.

Amelia was born in Sep 2003 (? I haven't found a confirmation for her birthdate). All characters should be 11 yo (sentieridelcinema) and she's looking like that. The movie was completed and shown in Nov 2017 (Wikipedia) and at least parts at a museum were filmed in Feb/Mar 2017. (Not sure about all the movie). The actor of Kip was 12 then and I assumed 12 yo for her and now changed that to 13 and adding tag teen girls. Thanks Felix.

Amelia was born in Sep 2003, and the film was filmed in Feb/March 2017, so she was 13yo during filming and was 14yo by the time the film was released. Definitely a teen in either case. I wonder where you got your information that she was not??
