Jason's bibs (Lee) look very faded in s2e23. Some good scenes also sitting and lying on the floor at the end of the episode. I first thought it's another pair, but I think they've just washed them. (But all others had new pairs in season 2). In ep 24 the pair looks darker (maybe filmed earlier). Below a close-up of the fabric in s2e11 (disc at 2h40). Very good also the sitting scene, standing up, walking in ep 20 (CD 6 at 10). I think in season 3 he still wore that pair. But definitely at least one other pair in season 4+5.
Jim-Bob's bib (same ep) has 1 button, a horizontal stich and the label was removed on the left. Suspenders are brown at the end. I haven't found that exact pair. Maybe OshKosh (like Elizabeth).
